They don't deal well with customers👎
Just went in for a pickup on a Saturday night, it was kinda busy, line of people waiting to order and a line of people waiting for pickups. I gave the young guy at the cash register my name and he just said OK and then proceeded to make five peoples orders. I ordered 30 minutes ahead of time and it should’ve been ready when I got there. The older lady Julia asked if he was making my sandwich he said yes, and then he proceeded to not make my sandwich. I had to wait until the entire line was gone before Julia herself started making my sandwich. She apologized profusely and honestly, I think she was doing the best she could, but she needs a coworker who can actually help her instead of this guy who is looking bored and ignoring people.

Beyond angry!!! I order a sandwich for my husband ahead of time at this location often. He only has a short time for lunch. We'll today I ordered his sandwich ahead of time. He went in to pick it up and it wasn't ready. So he mentioned ot to the kid that was working there with no name tag. Not only did he not apologize he continually to help 4 people in line!!!! He didn't even start his sandwich I ordered 20 minutes prior. My husband had to leave so he wouldn't be late for work and now has no lunch. We've never had this issue. I can't even find how to get a refund and I've called the store 4 times with no answer. This was wrong and I am beyond livid. This will be reported further. I want a refund. Also when I went on the app it said the sandwich was ready. And it wasn't even started!!

The staff was friendly but very untrained to be alone. The guy at the register was either new or scamming. He charged me $30 for 2 6in sub meals and when I rang it up online it was only $21.09. He said he didn’t know what he was doing. The manager needs to not leave the staff alone if they aren’t trained it’s very unprofessional and irresponsible. Money doesn’t grow on trees for yall to be “messing up” while ringing ppls orders.

On 05/21/2024 I was ordering my food where the manager Susi was not kind or gentle, very despotic, bad service and degrading with respect to the language, for their part the rest of the staff was very friendly, they should not even have her as a maganer mistreats the clients

Today, round 6 o'clock pm, I stopped at the riverside location in Austin, Texas. Only one employee was at the location. He was helping someone before me, who paid cash; the employee came back and attempted to start my order without changing his gloves, and I had to ask him to do that. The person behind me even left. He took him 30 minutes to get my order of two foot-long and one 6' sandwiches ready, and when he finally charged me I noticed that the bill was high, so I reviewed the ticket and saw that he charged me for an extra foot long that we didn't get. When I went back to let him know, he started complaining about working by himself, grabbed a $10 bill, and gave it to me even though I paid with a card. At the end my sandwich was tasteless as he didn't used the dressing I asked for.Definitely never coming back here.Dirty place and unfit costumer service, not a place for me.

Today I went at 7 at night. On the subway that is located in Riverside I had to leave without my order. Very bad service, very calmly and slowly, they placed the orders, I guess they didn't want to work, what a shame.
