Yeah seems I'm not the only one that had a bad experience with the young girl who works here I'm sure she know who she is, just very rude I don't want to go into detail because I forgive her. It's just it isn't okay at the end of the day to treat customers rudely just because, won't be going back. I will say she did apologize but I wouldn't want someone else to endure that beware y'all. 10/05 night shift

Just as they changed the design, I hope they also change the customer service. I'm a Subway customer, and I'd say this is the worst I've ever been to. It's very dirty. The windows in the line need to be cleaned. Vegetables are scattered all over the tables. The floor is dirty. They don't have chips. That aside, the employees are very rude. They're not friendly at all. One girl in particular is very rude, even to her coworkers. I'm supposed to do my BMT the way I want it, but it seems like she decides. I don't recommend it. If you don't want to have a bad time, don't come here.

I feel so bad for the sweet lady that attended me today. She is literally on her own during the noon lunch hour with back to back online orders and walk in customers of course. This location constantly lacks employees during their busy time periods.
Terrible customer service. The girl who was making the sub was rude and unprofessional. The sandwich looked old and was poorly made, with ingredients falling out. Instead of remaking it properly, she just stuffed them back in. I stayed calm to avoid conflict, but the experience was disappointing overall. AVOID this location if you don’t want to get upset and bad food.

Just went in for a pickup on a Saturday night, it was kinda busy, line of people waiting to order and a line of people waiting for pickups. I gave the young guy at the cash register my name and he just said OK and then proceeded to make five peoples orders. I ordered 30 minutes ahead of time and it should’ve been ready when I got there. The older lady Julia asked if he was making my sandwich he said yes, and then he proceeded to not make my sandwich. I had to wait until the entire line was gone before Julia herself started making my sandwich. She apologized profusely and honestly, I think she was doing the best she could, but she needs a coworker who can actually help her instead of this guy who is looking bored and ignoring people.

Beyond angry!!! I order a sandwich for my husband ahead of time at this location often. He only has a short time for lunch. We'll today I ordered his sandwich ahead of time. He went in to pick it up and it wasn't ready. So he mentioned ot to the kid that was working there with no name tag. Not only did he not apologize he continually to help 4 people in line!!!! He didn't even start his sandwich I ordered 20 minutes prior. My husband had to leave so he wouldn't be late for work and now has no lunch. We've never had this issue. I can't even find how to get a refund and I've called the store 4 times with no answer. This was wrong and I am beyond livid. This will be reported further. I want a refund. Also when I went on the app it said the sandwich was ready. And it wasn't even started!!
