A bigger white female that had a bun wouldn’t take my order she had someone else take my order and then had an attitude when they took my order and when I told her that one of my sandwiches was wrong she got mad at me and yelled in my face and tell me well he made it infront of you so you should’ve told him when it was made wrong so I told her I wanted to speak to a manager and she told me that there was no manager. so I asked her if she can just give me a refund on my money and then she told me no and when I asked her for the HR number, she wouldn’t give it to me so now here I am making a review. I am not a satisfied customer. DO NOT COME HERE THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL.

I just want to give a shoutout to the whole team and this Subway for going all out for our catering order that was super specific one, the manager went out of his way to make sure each individual box order was customized, and the staff put names on each of the boxes. i came in on sunday april 12th at 5 pm when i was feeling sick and the employee at the counter was considerate and caring and made sure to get me water when she realized i had thrown up. Great customer service .( i had not ate the food i came in already sick)
Very rude guy manager messed up my order and refused to replace it!!!!! But I didn’t want it after I seen in the restaurant I wanted my money back!!!! But because it was last week he said only replacement I refuse to eat here ever take care!!!! And as you see the owner only responds to the good reviews but doesn’t care to fix the issues money trust me lol all money spend

The do not put any ingredients in the sandwich. 95% bread. Spend an extra $4 for double meat? Too bad, your footlong BLT will still only get 3 of the tiniest strips of bacon you've ever seen, almost zero lettuce, and 4 very thin slices of very small tomatoes. These people should be barred from ever making food again. Truly shameful.

I ordered on the app and requested a lot of lettuce on my sub. Went in to pick up my order and was met with a friendly lady who ensured she put a ton of lettuce. I went home to a perfectly crafted and delicious sub! I found my new go-to Subway.
