By far the BEST Subway I have gone to and TRUST ME, I have been to plenty. The environment is warm and welcoming. Right when you arrive, you can see many regulars seated enjoying their meals. They even decorated for Christmas with a tree in the lobby area along with a a T.V. for guests to sit down and enjoy their meals. The food is delicious and the staff is friendly, efficient, and welcoming. I come here regularly. It just gives a different feel. If you are in the Austin area, come check it out. You won't be disappointed!

Was a good experience fast and good service. I’ve been here multiple times and never had a problem. This location is very clean compared to other subways.
Used to come here a lot and boy has it changed. The old couple Salvador and Angela were my favorite sandwich artists. Always felt welcome now the staff is rude like I annoy them being a paying customer. Miss the old couple will not being returning to this location again can’t believe it’s pose to be the number 1 store in Austin the owner should be embarrassed

Use to be my favorite subway spot when the old couple was here but since they no longer work here place really went down hill SMH lettuce looked like it haven't been changed in days plus drink machine had mold around spouts tables were really sticky and on top of that service was REALLY BAD I WILL NOT BE BACK and no soap the restroom. Don't look like they wash hands nomore

Came to this location to order 3 subway foot long sandwiches only two employees working but mostly all the ingredients were filled on the line they refilled it but don't change the containers the tomatoes lettuce and spinach were all used in the same containers they didn't change them it was an elderly Spanish lady I guess she was a manager plus a young girl working at this hours probably won't come back if they're going to serve items that are fresh in dirty container I will not come here no more sandwiches were made off of not up to like a good looking sandwich
