No stars would be better. They are rude and make you feel like an idiot when ordering. Ended up leaving with just one sandwich from how annoyed and upset I felt.

I walked in and waited until I was acknowledged because I didn’t want to be rude and interrupt and I got looked at like I’m stupid because I didn’t want to be rude and then after that just talking under your breathe like I didn’t know Spanish? My mom worked at subway for years which is the only reason I didn’t say anything disrespectful to two obviously disrespectful woman there they should not be working in customer service

Employees don’t speak english, so obvious language barrier order was wrong and even after i saw it’s not what i ordered they don’t offer to correct it.

Horrible experience. Just like someone before said. This place should be shut down. MARIO asked me for my lunch food my name. I told him Roy but it probably said Rou because I had just fixed it online. He asked for ID or confirmation email. I told him exactly what the order was and there was absolutely nobody else in there and yet he still gave me a hard time. Even after I showed him the email confirmation he couldn’t seem to figure it out. Thanks MARIO. My entire lunch break was done with your investigative nonsense prowess.

Terrible service, when you pass by the store the girl spends her time outside smoking, then comes in smelling like cigarettes, doesn't wash her hands and serves like that.

Why would u have a phone that u don’t even answer. Y’all cancelled my order for no reason y’all won’t answer the phone. Then it’s gonna take a week for my money to come back on my card. And couldn’t even get a credit to reorder from another place is crazy. Worst experience

I assume everyone working here is a felon or on probation and hates their job. Got the most passive aggressive service from a thin brown gentleman with face and arm tattoos. Sorry I didnt know that the white cheese is American, thats why youre the culinary master! Lol
