The cashier with dark hair, is soo nice... didnt have the correct bill to get the food, and she was patiently waiting for us to get back. I loved the food, everything was great

I come to this location often because it is close to my house. I always have a great experience, however today when I went in I learned that the staff was all new management, left them by themselves without proper training and it took my took a while to get my food made and I think it is very unacceptable for management to leave them unprepared I work in a restaurant and I know to never leave new hires alone without proper training. This location should be better.

Was craving cookies and had to wait for the employee’s coworker finish using the bathroom since they didn’t know how to ring it up. While we were waiting they were eating a cookie right in front of me. I get drinking to quench thirst while on the job but making crumbs everywhere?? And handling
my order with unwashed cookie eating hands. Bffr lol. xD Also the cookies I bought were a bit over baked but the chocolate was good.

I hadn’t been to this location in a couple of years and I think it’s under new management. I think they’re seriously understaffed as well—no one was behind the counter when I walked in. They gave my online order to a DoorDasher and argued with me when I explained that I was not, in fact, Kendall. (Failure on two people’s parts there—I can only imagine Kendall’s disappointment when she received my vegan sandwich 😭)

The adult in charge doesn’t speak English, which is fine when you only have to know the names of sandwich ingredients, but very challenging when she had to call in her teen daughter to help me. Her daughter ended up making me a new sandwich and was very sweet but also messed up my order (she was understandably stressed.) The person in line behind me was having problems ordering their sandwich as well.

As a former employee of a high-volume Subway, I feel like I have very reasonable expectations. But it’s not worth the trouble with what they’re charging these days, no matter how badly you’re craving that sweet, low-quality sub.

No stars would be better. They are rude and make you feel like an idiot when ordering. Ended up leaving with just one sandwich from how annoyed and upset I felt.

I walked in and waited until I was acknowledged because I didn’t want to be rude and interrupt and I got looked at like I’m stupid because I didn’t want to be rude and then after that just talking under your breathe like I didn’t know Spanish? My mom worked at subway for years which is the only reason I didn’t say anything disrespectful to two obviously disrespectful woman there they should not be working in customer service
