I come to this location often because it is close to my house. I always have a great experience, however today when I went in I learned that the staff was all new management, left them by themselves without proper training and it took my took a while to get my food made and I think it is very unacceptable for management to leave them unprepared I work in a restaurant and I know to never leave new hires alone without proper training. This location should be better.
I would love to thank Mariano for the sandwiches he made yesterday for a for a friend and I. We are regulars and the sandwiches were fresh as well as the condiments; sandwiches were made carefully and not sloppy while eating. After consuming Subway for many years, Lucy, the manager, has changed my experience! My satisfaction level went from a 6 to a 10! This Subway is an exemplar of good customer service and efficient preparation of sandwiches. Every Subway in Round Rock, Georgetown, and Austin doesn't compete with this unique fast food. This store should be the model of which every subway should be. I highly recommend subway taking down notes of this role model store due to its excellent service...
