I went in on 01/30/25 @ 4:45pm. I was totally ignored by the you lady. She was on her phone, and even when I said miss I need to get to work she continued to ignore me. When she was me taking a picture of the outside of the store she comes out and ask if she can help me. Really ???? She needs to be fired. That was totally rude & unexceptable.

Food is good, ingredients are never old, they are always prepped and greet you with a good morning or good afternoon. Very friendly people specially the older gentleman and the older lady in the mornings

Iāll start off with the good; the sandwiches were well made and everything seemed quality, definitely one of the best subway experiences in that category. Also the employees seemed very friendly.Now onto the bad that will prevent me from returning to this location. I made the order through the app for the deals being offered. It must be a rare occurrence for them at this location because they wanted to deny giving me my order (that I already paid for PLUS tip) due to the fact that my full name wasnāt on their order receipt. My full legal name is in the app and I have no control rather it showed up on their receipt or not. They didnāt seem to understand that however and kept insisting I did something wrong or I was intentionally trying to scam them. Finally after a bit of back and forth they said āwe will let you have it THIS timeā as if they were doing me a favor to receive something Iāve already paid for. I understand that some people try to wrongfully take mobile orders but trying to negotiate for food I already paid for, due to an app feature I have absolutely no control over, is enough to not come back here. Also they didnāt include the chips and drink that were apart of the order inside the bag and I didnāt notice until I left because I was too preoccupied in even receiving the order.I do believe if you order in the store youāll have a much better experience but Iād highly recommend not ordering for pickup.
The guy who works at the subway area is awesome. He's maintain his area clean and organized. Make the order as you like.

Considering that this subway is inside a gas station convenience store, service was great and fast. They also have few tables around the store. Very convenient.
