I went to subway on Aug 30, ordered online. Went to pick up my food and the lady said they were out of meatballs. She told me to pick another sandwich so I pick the Philly cheese. She told me I could get that one and I ask for a refund.i didn’t get no food. She told me I had to cancel online. I haven’t received my refund yet and they keep closing my case without talking to me. I have emailed the manager twice and it going on almost 2 weeks, she claim she was doing an investigation. I will NEVER order here again. So unprofessional.

I went in on 01/30/25 @ 4:45pm. I was totally ignored by the you lady. She was on her phone, and even when I said miss I need to get to work she continued to ignore me. When she was me taking a picture of the outside of the store she comes out and ask if she can help me. Really ???? She needs to be fired. That was totally rude & unexceptable.

Food is good, ingredients are never old, they are always prepped and greet you with a good morning or good afternoon. Very friendly people specially the older gentleman and the older lady in the mornings
I’ll start off with the good; the sandwiches were well made and everything seemed quality, definitely one of the best subway experiences in that category. Also the employees seemed very friendly.Now onto the bad that will prevent me from returning to this location. I made the order through the app for the deals being offered. It must be a rare occurrence for them at this location because they wanted to deny giving me my order (that I already paid for PLUS tip) due to the fact that my full name wasn’t on their order receipt. My full legal name is in the app and I have no control rather it showed up on their receipt or not. They didn’t seem to understand that however and kept insisting I did something wrong or I was intentionally trying to scam them. Finally after a bit of back and forth they said ‘we will let you have it THIS time’ as if they were doing me a favor to receive something I’ve already paid for. I understand that some people try to wrongfully take mobile orders but trying to negotiate for food I already paid for, due to an app feature I have absolutely no control over, is enough to not come back here. Also they didn’t include the chips and drink that were apart of the order inside the bag and I didn’t notice until I left because I was too preoccupied in even receiving the order.I do believe if you order in the store you’ll have a much better experience but I’d highly recommend not ordering for pickup.
