Well done Sw... you've done a great job. I'm a frequent Subway customer. I hadn't been fortunate enough to find a place like this one. 3 days ago in the morning, the line was very long, but it moved easily. The staff is attentive, kind, and fast. My FL was just as I ordered. While I was in the lobby, I could see how, after taking so many orders, they can clean and keep everything in order. I think I've found the right place to order.

Cute Subway and near my work, but got home and realized my footlong sandwich was so salty it was completely inedible. I didn’t even ask them to salt it. Very disappointing.

Been going to subway my whole life and I finally found the nicest subway ever. Clean and beautiful interior design with a view. Way better than the cafeteria-looking shed farther west on Riverside. Well done Subway

I came here about 6 months ago and I had a bad experience with one of the employees but I recently came in a few times for dinner and found out they have new employees working here. This location has really changed and I really feel difference since then. Love the new communication vibe between the employees and myself.

Just the rudest subway you could possibly come too. Two workers last night, both with one earphone in their ear, watching phone from behind the counter. The guy was rude and irritated from the start, the girl, wasn’t even paying attention to my order. Got it wrong. My last few attempts coming to this specific subway, an absolute nightmare. They need to either hire people that want to be there, or fire the ones that don’t.

First I had to walk in behind a very rank homeless man that put his hands all over the ice machine mechanism after asking for change for a bill he had and then grabbed a water cup when she turned her back to take bread aside. Once the older worker was ready to make my meal I just could not get my words to be heard by her. I kept having to repeat myself and was talking perfectly fine before needing to say everything again. In hindsight, It seemed there may have been a language barrier. I approached and was scanning the meal options she asked which bread, I said it be Italian herb and cheese, but was still unsure size because I wanted to see the prices of the meat options. She kept asking what size and seemingly getting perturbed having to repeat herself when I kept saying I'm not sure yet I Want to see the prices. I settled on the chicken bacon ranch I asked for the bread to be 6 inch non toasted. And followed saying obviously cook the chicken and the bacon and cheese but I prefer non toasted bread. She nodded and proceeded to make my sandwich. Before she began the toppings but after placing cheese, I thought the bacon looked as if it hadn't been heated up. So I asked sis you cook the chicken and bacon. She nods says yes and lifts the cheese to show me chicken and bacon in place. I took it as she understood me and cooked my meal without toasting my bread. I was pit stopping on my lunch break and when I got back to work and was ready to eat I feel the sandwich is really cold. Usually they are warm from the meat being wrapped with it. The chicken as well as the bacon were not cooked at all. I was unable to eat my lunch nor was I with enough time to come back and return at that time. I will be returning later this evening with now ruined sandwich to replace.

Super slow service, complacent workers. Items are out of stock and they don’t want to “open the box”. Oven was broken and she didn’t tell me until she had already started the sandwich. Waste of money overall

I've ordered here a few times attempting to give this place another chance. Ordered ahead online, and they were closed during operating hours. I submitted a ticket and was never compensated nor contacted by them. Another time, I called, and they gave my order away to someone else. This location is very unorganized and

Now I don’t think it’s this locations fault or that it necessarily has anything to do with them but nevertheless the sandwich was bad.

I hadn’t been to Subway in about 5 years but saw all their new promotions coupled with the $6.99 footlong promo and thought “what the hell”. Mistake.

It will be at least another 5 years before I am conned into going back because the food has not improved at all. Its just plain bad. The steak they use is so chewy and flavorless. The sandwiches are a jumbled mess, but the bread. Oh God, the bread. The bread is shockingly, appallingly terrible. It has no flavor and the consistency is completely alien to bread we humans eat on Earth. It manages to be dry but chewy at the same time and not chewy like a good bagel, chewy like rubber. I almost never have leftovers but I threw the 2nd half of this sub in the trash. Disappointing.
