Went to grab a quick bite to eat! The gentleman that waited in me was so rude! He seemed agitated for no reason. The guy didn’t even want to put my sandwich in a bag. I asked if everything was okay and the other associate apologized and said he was overwhelmed! I said there’s no excuse to treat people rudely because you’re tired. I bet being tired, but treating customer with poor service is unacceptable!

This location is really cheap on the meat . This is my second time ordering here. I ordered the B.M..T everything, and they barely put any meat on it . I mean paper thin . I travel all over and eat subway cause it's quick fast and fresh . I won't recommend this location to any one.

I am being 100% serious when I say this was far and away the best Subway experience I’ve ever had. Roosevelt is the friendliest and most skillful sandwich artist I’ve ever seen and I HAVE to give him a shoutout. He made for great conversation, and took such care in making what was the most visually stunning (see attached) and delicious sandwich I’ve ever had at a Subway, to the point I felt compelled to leave a review on this location and him specifically. Whoever is running this location please take care of this man! 5-Star employee through-and-through!

Got chicken salad wrap (#42) I had to ask the staff to warm it up and I felt like I’m asking a huge favor. No sense of customer service. Great sandwich. Or I would have given 2 points. The stalls/tables were not cleaned. The drink station looked maintained so I felt relieved having just tap water with ice. It was a quick stop from work to a quick errand. No military discount.

Waited at the counter for 10 minutes and the man working there never made eye contact with me and never acknowledged me whatsoever. He was also chewing gum with his mouth open over the food. Genuinely surreal.
