Whole new crew with perfect service. Made our sandwiches look just like the picture, wish I had taken a picture to compare. We enjoyed the service & the sandwiches.

everytime i get from this location… how do u guys think this is 3 halfs. everytime i call this store their phone is on mute. and then they tell you they dont hear the phone ringing stop being so lazy and do ur job its not a hard job. never coming to this location again rather drive 20 mins

Extremely slow service and low in number of workers, saw a couple of them leave the lines and its not the first time.
I would really request the owner to hire more folks.
The person looked exhausted and I genuinely felt bad for them.

It was my first time at this subway and Samar was so kind and welcoming with her beautiful smile.
She was able get our flatbread sandwich customised the way we wanted, just that I wished she would have rolled the flatbread which becomes easy to munch. But 5* to her welcoming and kind attitude.

Clean lovely subway with excellent service and kind staff. We had lunch and ordered cookies and they got us hot ones right off the pan, melt in your mouth!!

Christian and Reese were awesome! I came in tonight for two sandwich combos and just were delightful and so kind to me. I walked in to being greeted by both and even though they seemed busy making online order they didn't miss a beat to help me. My sandwiches were made perfectly and they were both just so polite and helpful. At the end I needed a moment to transfer money from one account to another to pay and Christian was patient with me. These two made my night and I will definitely be coming back to this Subway! (I hope the owner sees this ) also the place was clean and smelled delicious like subway bread :)

It's disgusting food plus the staff is unpleasant ? and yes it's disgusting food
I pick up here on occasion. Today I did the same but when I got home the bread was hard on my sandwich and the pretzel had no sauce and was hard also. I called to report but Seta the manager said you have to bring food back for us to do anything. Like my evening needs to be running back to subway for their mistake. I do not call this customer service. There was no we can credit you or next time in you can get a discount or we will replace. I feel this location is lacking in fresh food and forsure missing customer service.
Very good service there by girls staff, coupled with good food option as a vegetarian

Went in today @11:00 to get lunch. 3 employees were there. 1 was sitting with headphones on playing a game and the other 2 were in the back. I waited about 10 minutes without getting any service even though 1 employee saw me. All need to be fired imo.

2 foot longs, 1 bag of chips and a churro. Nearly $30. (*insert internal screams here*) After trying the app countless times to get a discount because whe wants to pay $15 for a footlong? We gave up! The kids at the brick and mortar wouldn't give a discount even after showing him how the app would not complete our order.
This is not just about the exorbitant cost, it's about the quality of the items ordered. Typically the sandwiches are okay, they are something we could probably make at home but under a time crunch we have Subway.
I usually have nothing but good things to say about this franchise. Lately though the price is just not commiserate with the quality.
I was so excited to see new items and was ready to try the churro, the first time we thought it was a fluke that it was hard as a rock! After ordering today, it's not a fluke. It is a joke! Had to throw it in the trash because I'm afraid I would break a tooth! I don't know if this is something that happens specifically at this particular location or if it's something that other people have experienced also. Needless to say, I will no longer be giving my business to this location. Disappointed.
Hoping more people voice their experiences good or bad or in between because these companies show us time and again it's about the bottom line and not customer satisfaction.

Worst subway I have ever been to. While I was ordering my food the employee was talking and I had asked him to repeat himself and he said he was talking to his brother through his AirPods. And then started talking again and I didn’t realize he was asking what I wanted on my sandwich, thought he was still talking to his brother..lol!!

Placed a mobile order for lunch. Guy is on his phone, not paying attention. My sub wasn’t wrapped tightly and the didn’t guy made even make cut down the middle. The best part of this meal was the chips

The food is always good. They always make them exactly the way that I want them. But... I've had very, very bad experiences the last two times I've gone in trying to pay in the app and trying to order in the app. The employees are clueless about use of the app. I can't really hold that against them because that's not their job.
