Worst subway I have ever been to. While I was ordering my food the employee was talking and I had asked him to repeat himself and he said he was talking to his brother through his AirPods. And then started talking again and I didn’t realize he was asking what I wanted on my sandwich, thought he was still talking to his brother..lol!!

Placed a mobile order for lunch. Guy is on his phone, not paying attention. My sub wasn’t wrapped tightly and the didn’t guy made even make cut down the middle. The best part of this meal was the chips

The food is always good. They always make them exactly the way that I want them. But... I've had very, very bad experiences the last two times I've gone in trying to pay in the app and trying to order in the app. The employees are clueless about use of the app. I can't really hold that against them because that's not their job.

I've always had a liking for Subway, and this place is no different - amazing subs at amazing prices.The downsides are that sometimes, the service team members are fairly new and not very familiar with the things they are selling, especially with regards to the deli meats. Also, the fountain drinks have a slight taste of tap water, which leads me to skip the same and get the bottled ones.

Food is ok, place is clean. Customer service is poor, the black dude was throwing veggies to my plate like they were his enemies and was plain unfriendly. Im always nice and patient to food workers but he was rude for whatever reason. I also paid $14 for chicken salad and small soda, when i usually pay $11 in other places. I guess each Subway charges differently. Lol

It has poor service, there are three workers and they do not serve customers well. My family went today and they were waiting for a long time and they left because none of the workers wanted to attend to the order. We agreed not to visit this store again.

The guy was unfriendly from the second I walked in the door I got a footlong pretzel it was so burnt that it was hard as a rock. I tried calling the store and no one answered. Terrible service and I will never go

The owner of this restaurant is one of the kindest people I have ever met. He himself serves sandwiches with a smile every single day and I have actually come back to this location simply because I enjoy talking to him! Please support this hardworking man and his family. He'll make you a great sandwich!

Food- fine. It’s subway. Service particularly at this location- bad. I chose to come to subway for lunch because I had a coupon for a $3.99 6-inch sandwich. The manager or shift lead instructed the cashier to not accept my coupon even though there was a bag of (assumed to be used) subway coupons sitting on the counter by the register. When I asked why he came over and smiled at me and just said they can’t. I scanned the barcode and they showed me the screen which did say there was some kind of error, but he seemed so excited and happy to deny my coupon. I asked isn’t there a way to manually type in a discount and he said no. (Weird, there is always some way to add a discount every time I’ve ever cashiered.) After spending my whole life working in the service industry, I get it, sometimes things don’t work and there’s not much you can do. But the way he simply refused and seemed so happy about it really rubbed me the wrong way. I ended up paying $6.50 for a small sandwich I anticipated paying $4 for. I would have tipped the difference had i been able to use the coupon. Not a great experience, I will go out of my way to another location instead or even a different sandwich place entirely thanks to this guy.

Very disappointed... this evening a young man training another young. Didn't have a cap on like the other two young men. Swinging his hair all over the food. The young man who prepared my food respect that I asked him to change his gloves after touching everything around him. Did good until he started grabbing veggies and spitting them in half with his hands applying it to the sandwich. Then a fly had to be swatted away while making the food.Then the food didn't even taste good. I loved coming here until today.
