dead roaches in the food. also it was incredibly hot, the ac was not on at all so they propped open the door but still nobody should be working in conditions like that especially with hot ovens going off constantly. The store should be shut down for the day until they fix it. Very unacceptable

I was just craving for foot long so this store was the closest one for me. Horrible food and the store inside was very very dirty like no one mopped the floor in months and months. Table was very dirty. Never going back again.

I had an unpleasant experience with the lady at subway, she was very rude and disrespectful I reacted calmly the whole time, she skipped half of my sandwich to make someone else’s pizza half the time she was way more respectful towards the other customers I felt discriminated and she was saying yes ma’am to the other customer but towards me she was rude. the manager had to help me in the last minute. please be polite and friendly to your customer walking in, they are just trying to get food and not deal with the hostility, very disappointing experience I will never come back

RUDE, they refused to make my meal that I ordered online, refused to refund me, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE location looks disgusting and not kept clean and tidy. Employees are rude and unhelpful

Their curbside pickup is basically fake. I checked in on the app, but nobody ever came out with my food. I ended up having to go inside, and there was just one employee helping customers at the counter. I had to wait until they were done before I could even get my order.

And the drink I ordered? The employee just told me to grab it from the fridge. But the drink I picked wasn’t even in there. When I asked, they just said, “If it’s not there, then we’re out.” Unbelievable.

Horrible customer service, very slow service, very distracted, they prefer to handle the on line orders instead of the customer in front of them. Tells you hold on, hold on so they can handle the on line orders!!!! They are always out of bottle coke, no communication, this place is just horrible.

I usually go to this store on weekends around 6-7 PM. sometimes there is a woman who doesn’t understand English, but most of the time there is also a nice guy who genuinely cares about my day, even though he doesn’t have to talk to me. He asked how my day was, and although I was tired from work, he made me laugh. You don’t usually experience that kind of interaction at chain restaurants, which I find interesting. the food quality was good.

we went there in the morning. there was a girl asking for cash tips. but I don’t know why the tips goes to the store? She was telling me the machine is broken because of the wifi so they don’t accept cards. she was working with the machine for a while. that was suspicious. the food wasn’t toasted although she put it in the toaster.

I just had such a terrible experience with this subway. Today, Feb16 at 8:30 we went for a couple of sandwiches and several beverages. The man in charge told us we have 5 mins to order, even when the webpage say they close at 9. We made the order in 5 minutes with the surprise that we could only pay in cash. The total was 28 dollars. He charged us 33, without giving us any receipt. The machine looked fine, but according to him the machine was broken, but we could still get our order. We got the surprise arriving to our hotel that he actually did not toast our breads. Even when we saw him taking the sandwiches to the oven for some minutes! He just acted like the sandwiches were toasted! Incredible. I am just posting this you (client or owner) to be aware of this employee and his suspicious behavior.

Came into the store yesterday. Because I Got some coupons in the mail. They told me they don't accept coupons. And they ask for a tip. For what? This place is walking distance from my house. If I ever go to another location, it won't be this one.
