If i could give review in negative i could have done that. The lady there is unnecessarily rude and mean. She put the patties in oven without cheese so i just asked her politely mam you forgot to put the cheese and she started to fight with me loudly even after i said,’ mam that was just a suggestion, i thought you forgot to put the chees’ she started yelling i don’t forgot anything you don’t tell what to do, isn’t subway is all about what you need in your sandwich? I won’t recommend going here.

I went just now at 1pm the white girl at the counter was EXTREMELY rude she did not want to hand my my pick up order and kept yelling at me to grab my chips to then hand me my food 1) my order was incorrect !! And should had been placed in the pick up area that’s what it’s for instead of making me wait and then not answering the phone for curbside like there supposed too 2) her customer service was unacceptable 3) she also yelled at 2 elderly woman in line. I had a horrible experience with an employee at this location. She threw a bag of chips toward me as I walked away & I am currently 8 months pregnant. Tried calling the store to report & couldn’t get through to anyone.

Asked for sriracha on the left half of my sandwich and chipotle on the right half, instead both sauce was put along the entire length of the sandwich and was told quite rudely that they did not not know what left or right was.

Can we give this a negative star review?!?! The woman behind the counter making the sandwich cold not be bothered with me. She was not happy about being there and flat out rude. The online order took forever because they were making whosever they wanted. I don't care how close this is to work, I won't go back and don't recommend this location or at least avoid the taller, young girl.

I had one of the worst experiences last night.(12/16) I walked in at 10:45pm to order a sub. They close at 11pm.

There was two women working but the taller one was the one who chose to “help” me.

She asked what she could get me. I replied that I needed a little time to pick because I hadn’t been to a subway in a long time.

She looks me dead in my eyes and says that I needed to hurry because they were closing soon.

In disbelief I asked her if she would prefer me to purchase something or leave.

I understand she might have had a bad day and it was late. But putting together a sandwich takes no longer than 5-10 mins. Convenience is part of the reason you go to a sub place.

Instead of being helpful and trying to give a suggestion. She chose to speak rudely to me. I decided not to order anything and walked out the door.

I didn’t catch your name last night Mrs. “I’m nice” but try to be more welcoming. Every person that walks in is spending hard earned money to support that business you work for and the check they give you.

There’s a reason why Jersey Mike’s is destroying yall. Quality Service, Quality food, at a reasonable price. Do better.

The women work at lunch hour is not fit take the stress. She messed up orders, doesn’t pick up call. Kept the phone ring off and when I tried say she should keep the phone ring on, she didn’t take it easy. She showed bad attitude to the next customers. Horrible experience.

She also don’t know how to make a good sandwich. ??
