I ordered a wrap (which was offered online) went to pick up order said wrap wasn’t available, decided to go with a sandwich since I already paid for the order they just threw stuff on the sandwich. I also ordered a churro and it was hard as a brick. Reason why I hate eating fast food I just got out the hospital and wasn’t feeling up to cooking so I decided to grab something really quick lesson learned subway you will never get my business again

I don't think I've EVER felt totally satisfied after a visit here. Sometimes it's that I get billed incorrectly, sometimes the food is done wrong, sometimes they're out of important things, it's just gotten to the point where I'll drive further to go somewhere else even though this place is super close to me.

The sandwiches were very subpar and the guy who made it seemed too distracted and was not doing a great job with handling the sandwiches. He did it very sloppy and I for one was not happy with the way he handled the food Sunday.

PRIYA CHOWDARY

Today I ordered three subs from this store.There is two chicken footlong subs are there.Chicken was still raw. It didn’t cooked properly. I ate half piece chicken than I got realised it’s not fresh. When iam trying to contact them no one is replying back. I think they even blocked my number. This is so disgusting. I want to give zero star but google didn’t allow me to. I hate you guys for providing these kind service to customers. I can still feel that rawness in my mouth. Contact me if you see this. I placed the order in the name of priya. You all can see the pieces clearly in my pic. Don’t ever go to this place. Prices are very high compared to other subs.they are not even worthy for those prices

Never trust this subway . puts rotten meat . Never washes the sauce bottles been using the same sauce bottles since months without washing them . Serves less meat so that they can make more money . According to the charge =meat , less money less meat . Using people to make profits . Never trust this subway in particular. Health will be damaged if you choose this subway . Very rude very unhealthy. Very costly compared to other subways . Never come to this subway in particular . Rude manager

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!! The employees are incompetent. They got my order completely wrong, I tried to call the establishment to get my order fix and they wouldn't answer and when they did answer they would hang up. Once they knew it was a customer with an issue they didn’t want to hear anything.

Amazing is all I can say. The young lady who helped me explained all the choices and was very patient with me. Place was clean and the service was spectacular. My sandwich was cooked to perfection and meats were freshly sliced. A++++++ all the way !!!!!!!

The cookies were amazing. Looked like just out of the oven. The remodeled place is cleaner and the service was really good. My sandwich was fresh and tasted excellent. I give a A+++ for the food and service. Will definitely come back.

Misty Lee is killing it! She is the only running the whole store and does it with a smile! This location needs to hire her some help! She has a great attitude! She definitely needs some recognition and maybe a raise! I will be coming back because of Misty!

Portions are way off and the price is insanely inaccurate. I’m in shock, I asked the girl for extra pickles and received literally 4 pickles on a foot long asked for more she puts 2 extra on. Usually an order at subway for my family cost about ~$40 or so, we left here paying $68. We will not be ordering from this location ever again.

Just had the worst meatball sub in a long time. And I've had a lot. The food was lukewarm and the meatballs are getting smaller and are now tasteless. What is hilarious is this place is never busy and yet they skimp the people that actually order there. Go to Jersey Mikes or literally anyway else other then this place. That or support your local fire fighters and go to fire house subs if you want a choice meatball.
