Don’t come to this location unless you’re MEXICAN! From the manager Jose if that’s even his real name to the employees has a fuxking attitude. Look at the sandwich they made…(down below) then has the never to rush me while building my sandwich, just throwing the onions and bell peppers squeezing the mayo everywhere! Just no type of care because I’m BLACK!! Everyone knows how black ppl get treated majority of the time, it’s every now and then that you walk in and get normal service. I will never return to this location!!! The whole staff is trash?️ .. I hope y’all do that to the right person and get cussed out!

No customer service. Ignored me for five minutes while I stood at the counter right in front of the employees starting to cook bread even though they had been open for an hour. She could not understand English and thew the selection on the bread as though she were sloping the hogs. The establishment had not been cleaned from the day before with food on all the tables and floors. Toilets were locked and not for customer use.

I am writing this review for the owners of this particular franchise. You need to visit this location and make sure the store is up to keep! I walked in and it smelled so bad! I had to order and leave and eat outside. The odor is probably from plumbing or expired food or something not cleaned regularly. The staff was great but they need some guidance! Please help your store be better as this location is only getting better and you will be asked to leave if not keeping ip with the program! Just trying to help you it.

Man, hate to give the 1 star, but this place was obviously lacking a good manager. The 2 workers didnt greet me when walking through the door, but looked up as if they were annoyed i was about to spend money there. Both appeared as if they would rather be anywhere else on the planet. The veggies were warm, which I thought was odd, but oh well. I bit into the sandwich only to realize the tomatoes had to of been left out all night. Just soggy and bitter. I dont place all the blame on these 2 workers because it starts with the store leadership. Thats who failed me today. Today, I did not have sandwich artists. Today, I had sandwich vandals.
We split a $3 "footlong sidekick" pretzel. It was tasty even though seeing them make it made me think this is not really food! They brush on the butter and salt after it's baked. The service was what you expect for Subway. Don't expect a smile :/

Ordered on the app. Would have been dramatically faster had I ordered in the store. Only one person working while someone else sat in the back. Person working was obviously learning as was obvious by the speed that he could make sandwiches. I use the app often at other locations with great results. Waited in the store for 20 minutes AFTER ordering on the app. Will never come back to this location.

Be patient with the staff, most of them are really stoned, and the others are only a few chromosomes above banging rocks together. The best experience is wondering what kind of sandwich you will get no matter how many single syllables you use to order it, this includes banging rocks and making grunting and pointing noises. Ask for the fish sandwich and watch the parade.
