Stay away from this Subway: They overcharge for the kids meal. The only person at the store who said he was the manager insisted that it was the right price. Instead of charging for the meal the price posted on the menu board, this "manager" charged for the collection of components (included in the meal), and that came to a somewhat higher price. His arguments were: 1. That's how the computer does (and he's been doing that for 5 years). 2. The price is right. In three months, it will be three years since I've written this review and the draft was sitting in the queue. Since that, we've never come back to this store even though one family member loves Subway. Based on the more recent reviews, I see the situation isn't better, and Yelp keeps asking me to post this review. After I posted it, Yelp informed me that the place is closed. Amen!

In the past, I know that this place has had some pretty bad reviews and unsatisfied Customers and I would like to be the first to say I apologize in advance for the previous Owners and Management. As of 1/26/2021 This location is under NEW Management and Ownership. If you have had a bad experience recently. Please don't give up on this location. Alot has changed and there is more to come. Give us a visit and another chance. We promise to meet your expectations and keep you satisfied every visit. Come by and experience the change at anytime. **NOTE that we are new to this location and are trying to fix all problems as fast as we possibly can to keep our customers happy and satisfied.

Asked for flatbread, they ran out. Asked for Italian herbs and cheese bread, they ran out. Asked for Buffalo sauce on my sandwich (I do every time I come), they didn’t have any. He also said he’d choose Italian bread for me anyway because I’d like it better. Sticking to the one on 360.

I did curbside and they said it was ready at 1:10 I waited over 10mins outside before I got annoyed enough to go inside and asked where my food was. They said they didn’t get the order on their computer! BS just don’t come to this subway. If I could give this place a -5 stars I would.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I got a salad and they smothered it in dressing, didn't cut up my salami or cheese so it was basically all slopped together. With the amount of dressing the lady put on my salad I could of made a soup. Never looks clean inside, veggies are old. Girls that are working dont seem to care about their customer service and just care about chatting. I also got a sandwich that I wanted toasted and it was cold and the steak was still a little frozen. Its not healthy to eat here and the workers always close up the shop an hour early which also goes to show they dont care about their customers. The work they put into their food is sloppy and consists of no work at all. Workers are lazy. Dont eat here unless you want to waste money and throw ALL your food in the trash.

Showed up one day and they had only 2 kinds of bread and and 3 meats. I didn’t order anything that day. I come back today and they actually have full stock. I order a deluxe BMT and she ends up charging me the double meat price and added a dollar for extra cheese because she only put it on half the sandwich and I had to ask for more. The worst subway I have ever been to. This location needs to be shut down and replaced by Firehouse. The manager clearly doesn’t know how to keep a full stock of bread or meat, doesn’t know how to hire competent employees, and overall doesn’t know how to run a subway. By far the worst subway experience I have had.

This Subway is ghetto. The manager carelessly slapped my food together while she talked about being on probation to her daughter that also works there. I tried to use a Subway coupon from the current week's neighborhood mail out but was denied because the manager couldn't read it without her glasses. My meat was icy and cold, too. I complained and was offered a free cookie. She must really hate her job with all that carelessness and rudeness. This store needs to be shut down already. It is a Subway experience like no other.
