I stopped into the Subway at Braker and Metric and was greeted with a big smile by a young man named Ali, who had an incredible attitude. He was running the entire store by himself because two other employees didn’t show up—and you never would have known it.
His customer service and positive energy were truly off the charts, which is rare these days. Ali gets it.

They gave my order to the wrong person, who was a door dash driver and left. Then as they were half way through remaking my order, the door dash driver came back almost 10 minutes later and they tried giving me the sandwiches he brought back, which is illegal. I sat and waited while they remade the sandwiches. Then after I got home and went to eat, I saw they remade the sandwiches wrong. Then when I tried calling 5 times, no one ever answered. Then when I came back and told them they made the sandwiches wrong, they tried arguing and then acted irritated that I still wanted my sandwiches made correctly. Then they made the sandwhich as sloppy and messy as possible and had an attitude, like it was my fault they kept messing up. I will never go back to this location and highly advise going farther to get a better experience.

I think it’s really sad the employee locked the door and hid in the back because he didn’t want to take any orders 15 mins before closing. Not only did I knock multiple times i called as well and no answer. when he thought I left he came out and just looked at me and still didn’t unlock the door.

The remove anything good from the menu. It’s gotten worse and worse. No more flatbread and other various ingredients that I’ve enjoyed in the past. Just go to Jersey mikes

Alexis and a manager know me by name and always have a smile and warm greetings, calling to me by name as soon as I walk in the door.
This type of customer service is very rare in our post covid world and should be valued by Subway and the owner of this location.
I highly recommend this Sunway inparticular and encourage you to leave generous tips to the staff for their hard work and friendly nature!

I do not know why this particular subway decides they cannot hear completely or put together a sandwich when it gets later in the day around 7-9pm. It becomes this whole process of them. I do not know why they have this thing about being as petty as possible . Honestly hate this location I've gonna multiple times cuz it's close but not worth it
I don't ever leave reviews, but this location was by far the best I've been to. The restaurant was clean, the staff was professional, and my food was fresh!

Wow! The owner/manager is a lot!
Stopped in to get my favorite sub, and got passive aggressive attitude from this man. Asked for a little more mustard and he doused it on there. When I simply asked kindly how much to ask for next time, he was rude and snarky.
Won’t be going back to this location anytime soon.

She always greets us with a smile and already knows our orders by heart, especially my son’s, which makes him feel so special. I don't even know how I ended up at this location I was out kicking with the crew, hanging with the posse and then boom we end up at Subway like Harold and Kumar went to White Castle! Everything was Fresh, the place was super Clean and most importantly the workers were super nice! If you're in the area u definitely should stop by! Highly recommended!
