This is a okay location great food I do feel customer service is up in the air at times, could use some improvement. I don't expect 5 star service but I came in and a lady was doing something at the register and I was there for a pickup, I was standing patiently in front but she totally disregarded me. A simple one moment will be right with you would of been reassuring but thank GOD a gentleman came around and asked if he could help he's the best keep it up y'all.

Online orders are more important tham the people standing right in front of you. I came in again today, March 10th and was not greeted. Stood at the bread for someone to take my order but the person was more busy unloading bread than take care of the customer standing right in front of you. I think the problem is, is I am white and if I was Hispanic I would have been helped. Bye bye Subway, someone else will take my money.

Tried to go and it closed an hour early due to lack of employees. Sounds like you need to pay people better if you want them to show up to work. What a disappointment

Well staffed restaurant, I came here by lunch and there was easily more than 25 people in the lobby and I still got my sandwich fast, accurate and delicious.
All employees were organized and polite, Whoever is running the store well done!.
