Online orders are more important tham the people standing right in front of you. I came in again today, March 10th and was not greeted. Stood at the bread for someone to take my order but the person was more busy unloading bread than take care of the customer standing right in front of you. I think the problem is, is I am white and if I was Hispanic I would have been helped. Bye bye Subway, someone else will take my money.

Well staffed restaurant, I came here by lunch and there was easily more than 25 people in the lobby and I still got my sandwich fast, accurate and delicious.
All employees were organized and polite, Whoever is running the store well done!.

I ordered an Italian sub with “the works” and they somehow came back with a meatball and marinara - Italian sub hybrid abomination 🤣 I was too hungry to complain. How the hell do you work at a sub shop and not know what an Italian sub is??

My friend and I went to eat lunch there and she was loud on what he wanted for her sandwich. She asked 2 times for mayo and the man got the peppered corn ranch and loaded her sandwich with it. She told him she asked for mayo. No apologies was given nor a discount of any was offered. The man was too busy talking to the men next to us. The employees need to focus more on the customers in front of them while making food versus chit chatting with the customers next to the ones getting food made!

Got grilled chicken sandwhich. It tasted awful. Had a pungent mildly rancid smell to chicken. Service was nearly as bad. I called for a refund since I was already gone and in a company truck. They told me I would have to come in for a refund even though I paid by card. They didn't need my card when I got a refund so they could have done over phone. Chicken was the worst part. But bread and veggies weren't good either. I just hope I don't get sick off what I did eat. 😒

Not sure about stopping here again. While they were making my sandwich, flies kept trying to land on my sandwich and they were just watching. Even after I said something they young lady took no action. The gentleman was somewhat friendly, I just wish he would have assisted her more. They place is somewhat clean. Better than a few places I've been. There is a door to get into the gas station next door inside of the subway but don't bother because they are not very friendly or helpful on that side.
