This is what you would expect of a Subway. Nothing more, nothing less. They are one of the healthier and cheaper options around campus, so it's not a bad option to pick for a quick lunch. Fast service and the restaurant was clean. I left satisfied with my visit.

Sally is the absolute worse... she's rude to employees and has no sense of what it is to be a manager. Food was fine, I really would of enjoyed my experience had the employees been treated with respect. Shes Okay to male workers but absolutely rude and unprofessional towards her female employees...she has got to go!

Long story short, I have had terrible customer service a couple of times in a row. For a LONG time I was a loyal customer, and this was an excellent Subway. Unfortunately they have a couple of bad workers and have not addressed issues with those workers, despite me providing feedback on two occasions. If you like to argue with the person ringing up your order and having to fight to get the correct price, and THEN not get any apology whatsoever, then this is the Subway for you. I never received any feedback after writing in to Subway, so that just concludes an overall terrible customer service pattern at this location.
