The sandwich was so gross and the veggie was moldy, also in my grandma sandwich there was a hair on it and was burn cook please don’t come here !!!!!! Also I had a big problem in the toilet when I left. I was crying 😢

I understand the importance of respecting business hours, and I typically avoid arriving close to closing time. However, I stopped by your sandwich shop for a quick bite after my workout, arriving 30 minutes before closing, and was surprised to be turned away because service had already ended.

If your policy is to stop serving 30 minutes before closing, I recommend updating your posted hours or locking the doors and turning on the “closed” sign at that time to avoid confusion. It was disappointing, and I hope this feedback is helpful for improving the customer experience.

I would give this place a zero star. Unfortunately there’s not zero so one star it is. The subway store is disgusting not clean. The food line and everything behind looks like it has not been properly cleaned and sanitized. I have also witnessed few employees prepping and touching food without their food glove. Witnessed numerous times they are not washing their hands before assisting customers.

The few times I come here the staff is great. People come in and know the staff, say hi, communicate, and remember people. Always friendly. Price jump in cost is hard to deal with but coupons help.

I wish there was a way I could upload the video of this employee cursing at me treating me absolutely horribly for no reason at all. If I were to guess why he lashed out at me with such hatred, maybe it was because I was shopping at the grocery store H-E-B in the same plaza and brought my suitcase with me because I buy a lot of groceries and take the bus. Maybe he thought I was homeless?; that's that's don't let an excuse for the way he treated me. I didn't spend any money there and I won't spend another dime with subway after the encounter.
