Subway’s Online Ordering Is a Joke—And This Store Takes the Crown for Worst Sandwich Experience Ever
I’ve officially sworn off ordering Subway online after this disaster—the bread wasn’t toasted(despite requesting it), half the cheese was missing (did they think I wouldn’t notice?), and my veggies seemed to have vanished into thin air. It’s like they intentionally ignored every customization, delivering a sad, half-made sandwich that wasn’t even worth half the price. This location has set a new low for fast-food incompetence, and unless you enjoy paying for disappointment, steer clear.

Disappointing Experience
Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff were unprofessional—rude and unresponsive without any clear reason. To make matters worse, we were given an incorrect bill and overcharged. This level of service was very disappointing and not what I expected. I hope they take steps to improve their customer service and billing practices moving forward.

Extremely bad. People are rude + don’t speak English (I mean this respectfully). Also overcharge, like theyll charge you for asking for extra even if they dont add anything

Customer service is bad and racist employees. First, ordered whole wheat with double cheese bread & she didn’t listen and got cheese bread instead Which wasn’t big deal. Then, daughter got lemonade as she always gets & it tasted different because was empty. When we told them to fill up she said it’s same & Idk & ignored us and we ended up paying for nothing
Not open at 10:30?
I asked for pepper Jack cheese and it clearly had no peppers in it but when I mentioned it they denied it and insisted it was pepper Jack. When I tasted it it clearly wasn't. Somehow there were chunks of cheese almost an inch thick in the sandwich with a bland soggy taste. I've never seen a subway do this poorly. For whatever reason the lady making my sandwich seemed annoyed the entire time.

I ordered a 6 inch meatball sub. They must not of had any meatballs ready cause I had to wait why 3 customers that were in line behind me got to get their sandwiches first. Then when I finally got my sandwich. The meatballs were cold and I don't mean room temperature like ice cold. By far the worst sandwich I've ever had in my life. I ended up throwing most of it in the trash. The employees suck and could care less about what they are serving. I'll never eat here again.

I’ve been going to this Subway for years and they have definitely gone downhill. They skimp on veggies. And don’t even think about using the app to order they make the sandwich wrong. Put mayo on when asked for O&V. Yesterday got no O&V or S&P on my sandwich. Then I paid an extra $2.19 for fresh mozzarella, and they just put provolone (not even the 2x standard on spicy Italian) on my daughter’s sandwich. I don’t know if ownership changed or what, but time to find a new Subway.

This is the last time I spend money here. It's 8:14 pm and there's no customers and employees present and they or the one that made my sandwiches was very rude and very bothered. It's not the first time but it will be the last. She barely put any vegetables I asked for and I asked for a little more olives and she sighed as she did my whole time ordering then waiting for my food. Excuse me if I'm bothering you at work!

Just for asking for napkins, 2 ladies insulted me and those who don't speak Spanish were insulted, be careful.
Unfriendly staff on a personal call while working, barely acknowledging customers and taking orders. Meat/cheese side of counter covered. And footlong BMT, 6" avocado-lettuce-tomato, and kids turkey was.. $22? Inflation, I know but geez for that, there are such better sandwich options out there with fresh ingredients and good service. Won't be going back to Subway - used to like them back in the day, but they are clearly a poorly-run relic at this point..
