hadn't been to Subway in probably over 12 years. Too many bad experiences and diminishing quality at stores. Decided to stop in at this location for some cookies and decided to give the meatball sub a try and I have to say, if Subway is going through a revival than this store is a good sign.
Store was clean, neat and well stocked with the add-ons. The sandwich was not limp and felt and tasted like a real meal (I had some pretty disgusting experiences in the past).
Overall, if you're still a Subway fan or willing to give the brand another chance like me, visit this store.

Subway may want to keep the attendant with the chip on his shoulder in prep or refer him to an acting coach.
There was no reason to be impolite, shove things in your station or act like I’m the one dude who ruined your day by asking a question.

do not order food from Subway on 6405 ih-35 suite 130 Austin Tx. 78744. Because they hire people that play with your food. For example: if you order a veggie patty with extra cheese, they only put vegetable with no patty or cheese. I heard some people saying that when they order online they don't get what they asked for. But it great when you go their and order because they want play with your food and give you the right order. This is not good.
If they can play with your food like that, no telling what else they did to the food.

Service is very vital and key. One particular male Hispanic cashier came from the back seem to have attitude to make my sandwich after being in line for 5 min, small order ahead of me not sure what other 2 cashier's were up to I proceed to inform him I didn't want it toasted he got upset threw my sandwich back into the table again with attitude and slid it down till someone else could come and finish off as there was someone behind me. He had on earbud in his ear so I don't know if that played a factor in his attitude. More customer service would be nice .. attentiveness in th customer.

The store was like most subways that we have visited. We were waited on almost immediately, a sandwich was prepared very well as we only ordered a 6 inch and had it cut in half and the staff was very accommodative to our request. It’s a great place to eat if you’re looking for a sandwich and maybe some chips and a drink for lunch.

Food was good. But service was terrible. I went inside when there was no line, waited 15 minutes to get a order going, all I heard in the back of the kitchen was laughing, so employees were just on their phone doing

I ordered Ubereats and paid for a foot-long, as is clearly printed on the receipt. They only sent a 6-inch and would not answer the phone. Terrible place
My fiancé and I come to this subway 1-2 times a week. We never had problems, until today. To start, I asked for my turkey meat to be heated up by itself. It was a brand new girl, clearly still in training, and she asked her trainer/manager next to her how to do it. I totally understand, it’s an unusual request, but like I said, we have been here a LOT and they know me and I heat up just the meat every time we come. The trainer/manager directed the new girl to put it in the microwave. She said it in Spanish, and from my perspective, it was to hide what she was telling her. I have no problem with people speaking their native language in the workplace, unless it is to conceal something they should not be doing from, what they assume, non Spanish speakers. Little did she know, I can understand Spanish, being Hispanic myself. I pass as white. The new girl, was going to do as she was told and put the turkey in the microwave. My fiance and I stopped her and asked her to put it in the toaster. That way the meat won’t get rubbery. The trainer/manager looked annoyed at this request, snatched the meat from the new associate and put it in the toaster. From there, it felt the trainer/manager got very passage aggressive with me. For example, I asked for vinegar and Mayo to go on my sandwich and she barely put any on. I am a very passive person, and didn’t want to start and argument or make her more mad at me, so I didn’t say anything. My fiancé, asked the new girl for double meat and Italian and herbs bread. Once our order was complete and paid for, we sat down to eat and we realized that he didn’t get double meat and he got wheat bread, not Italian herbs and cheese. Totally fine, everyone messes up and has to learn somehow. He goes back to the counter and asks them to transfer everything on his sandwich to the correct bread. The trainer/manager said that she would just remake the sandwich. At the end, she charged for the double meat. Her reasoning was that he was never charged the first time for double meat, so she was going to do it now. She became very rude and raised her voice after my fiancé paid for the double meat charge, but questioned on why she did it when it wasn’t his mistake. He and I both have worked in the service industry, and I, as a manager, wouldn’t charge someone for a mistake that I or one of my team members made, let alone raise my voice and become defensive when a customer points this out. We are incredibly disappointed in this, and will never come back to this subway.

I went to this subway 20 minutes before close and the door was locked. I saw the employees inside. Hours said open until 10pm if this is incorrect please update.
Excellent service, the girls who were on the morning shift provided good service, even though the bread oven was not working, with everything and concern they served extremely well and the sandwiches were super delicious. Thank you Subway, my favorite place.
Horrible customer service, the guy talks to you and he doesn't even answer. ?
