Service was horrible. A soon as I walked in these two guys working were staring at me up and down making me feel very uncomfortable. Mumbling and whispering to each other laughing while making my sandwich. I did not feel welcomed/ any hospitality, or good customer service. Horrible experience and will not be coming back.

It took them 40 minutes just to get to my sandwich just got me to pay for double meat and not even get it. I have a dairy allergy and they cut my sandwich with the same knife they used for other sandwichs. Didn't know subway supports cross-contact

It’s been well over a month that the toasting oven has been out of order. The owner needs to take accountability and either replace the oven or get it fixed. It should not take this long. I can’t get my usual sandwich and have to get one i’m not crazy about.
Also, the term sandwich artist doesn’t apply at this location. I’ve never had my sandwiches made so poorly and unappealing than this location. The employees never make a sandwich “with love”, instead they throw on ingredients.. for example if i ask for onions they would messily throw it on and 1 side of the sandwich would have a heavy concentration of onions and the other side barely any.
How you make the sandwich determines how good it will taste. If ingredients are EVENLY distributed throughout the sandwich, and not heavy one side or falling out of the wrapped sandwich, then it not only looks better but it tastes better. Please urge your employees to construct the sandwich better and make sure ingredients are EVENLY distributed WITHIN the sandwich. Thank you
Also i know subways come with a distinct smell but this store smells extra bad. Idk if its cleanliness of things or what but definitely noticeably really smelly.

Terrible subway location. How’s it that a customer can’t access the restroom. I for sure wouldn’t buy food from a place I can’t even wash my hands at!!! Actually 0 starts do not come here.

Very stingy with the meat I ordered a tuna sub I had more bread then anything my husband ordered a meatball he only got 3 meatballs on a 6 inch never will I visit this subway again definitely not worth my money

The old lady dont speak english snd had a hard time understanding my order, i had even pointed and say the numbering from the menu to her and she cant understand which one i want. She kept on speaks spanish with me even though she knows i dont understand what she is saying. Wow.

The new employees during the weekday lunch shift are quite bad. They make really sloppy and not proportionate sandwiches. I used to work at a subway in high school many years ago, so I know how nice the sandwiches should and can be. The new workers are slow. There are a lot of businesses/ offices in the surrounding area so the lunch rush can be intense, however the new workers seem to have no sense of urgency. Most people have a timed lunch, and waiting in the line at subway shouldn't take up half or even your entire lunch break, especially when the service is garbage and the sandwiches look like crap. Also, last but not least they overall do not present themselves professionally. It's a sandwich shop so I don't expect a red carpet and suits and ties, but like I said before I worked at a subway and I know how one should conduct themselves there. I disliked the service so much that I decided to not go there for a while to allow time for the newbies to get up to speed. It's really close to my work so I like to go often but I waited about a month hoping when I returned the service, timelines and sandwich assembly to have improved, but it hasn't. I don't think anyone is holding them accountable and to a standard. Please get them up to par or replace them.And now they closed early today. At least 10 minutes early.
