BE CAREFUL AND LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPT. I JUST REALIZED THEY SOMEHOW ADDED A TIP TO MY CARD THAT I DIDN'T ENTER. CHECK YOUR RECEIPT! THEY ALSO DISABLED THEIR PHONE NUMBER.

First and foremost the food is always good and consistent here. Usually the employees are friendly and respectful. Normally it's clean but not always the bathrooms. I try really hard not to be negative on my reviews cause I have worked in retail and fast food before. Customers are not fun. But a particular employee at this location for the last 3 weeks has been really rude to customers. Also this employee will not honor coupons or discounts. And will not even offer a free drink or cookie to compensate. This person does a good job as far as making sandwiches, keeping everything clean, works hard. But wow they have been really really rude to people who aren't even being rude. So i will still eat here. I still like the location and i like the employees. We all have bad days..but please consider giving this person more help or a paid vacation. This person has not been rude in the past. I think they are a hard worker snd need help or time to unwind.

People avoid this location, indian lady couldn't even make a sandwich and asked if i wanted my sandwich toasted only to leave in the oven for just 5 seconds. Where the hell do they find these people 🙄🙄

Bad customer services didn't have order ready when we order it this morning to be ready for pick up at 11:30!(This was probably 2 weeks prior!)

It's unprofessional why the manager called the store to try to get me to take down my review! Held the order hostage to make blank threats 05/16/2025

This place is disappointing and the worker isn't very courteous she doesn't even understand English and she doesn't use fresh veggies and never has crackers or croutons for salads my man didn't even eat the salad she made dye old lettuce and others veggie don't eat there

Title: Unacceptable Experience Due to Lack of Running Water

I visited this Subway location on March 17, 2025, and had a highly disappointing experience. Upon arriving after a three-hour trip, I attempted to use the restroom with my 5-year-old daughter, only to find the restroom door locked. When I inquired, the staff member behind the counter a woman of Indian or Arab descent informed me that there was no running water and that the restroom was not functioning.

This is deeply concerning, as running water is a basic necessity for maintaining hygiene in any food establishment. Without it, proper handwashing, cleaning, and sanitation become impossible, which raises serious questions about the safety and cleanliness of the food being served. If a restaurant cannot provide running water, it should not remain open to the public.

Additionally, I found it frustrating that the restroom was inaccessible, especially after a long journey. particularly unwelcoming and unprofessional.

Due to these issues, I chose not to place an order and left the store immediately. I hope the management addresses these concerns promptly, as they reflect poorly on the establishment and its adherence to health and safety standards.

Bad service. The lady doesn’t know how to listen or read a Togo receipt to get the sandwich right not the first time or even the second time. Frozen meatballs that apparently do not come frozen. Awful service and employee!

Service was horrible. A soon as I walked in these two guys working were staring at me up and down making me feel very uncomfortable. Mumbling and whispering to each other laughing while making my sandwich. I did not feel welcomed/ any hospitality, or good customer service. Horrible experience and will not be coming back.

It took them 40 minutes just to get to my sandwich just got me to pay for double meat and not even get it. I have a dairy allergy and they cut my sandwich with the same knife they used for other sandwichs. Didn't know subway supports cross-contact
