The building was pretty dirty, trash on the floor the entrance is rough. The 2 workers i idk of they was a couple or want was all coded up in the back and didn't present as very clean

Rudest and dumbest service possible. I had a coupon in my hand, started to order a roast beef garlic sandwich since I hadn't had it before. The lady said that sub doesn't work with the coupon. That's fine. I look at the menu, they help someone else, then the man comes over to take my order now that I'm ready. The gal behind the counter tells him in Spanish I'm trying to use a coupon. I order a regular roast beef, he makes it, they then tell me the coupon doesn't work for that sub. I thought that it would be find as the only difference between the beef garli and the build your own is that the specialty sub comes with extra cheese. I then tell them never mind I'll just order a different one. THey said NO I have to pay for the first sub. THey were so rude. They knew I was trying to use a coupon and they made the sandwich anyway. I would have just ordered something else. Then they wouldn't even tell me their name or their manager's name. They were ridiculously rude about it. I went to another Subway nearby and the coupon worked just fine and the guy at the second location told me he heard about the little old man working at the one on Mesa Drive and how rude he is.6

The people working the sandwich line are super nice and cool and gave me great customer service but this is one of the stores where upper management just turns a blind eye to. These workers need more support from their bosses. Some of the food quality was also pretty low standard like the cucumbers.

Poor Customer Service and charged me for the cost of a higher sandwich.

I didn't realize until I left but it wasn't worth the headache of going back. Double check your charges and receipt before leaving.

Typcial Subway food(which always has its place), but this review is more about the store itself and the stench that is in there. Went one time before and thought it was just from fresh construction or something, but was still there and just as potent the second time through. How people are able to eat inside with that smell is beyond me. Staff was fine, but lethargic and robotic.
