This place is filthy dirty! After I ate I started noticing and wanted to throw up wondering what the kitchen looks like !

I take advantage of the coupons and I load up my foot-long subs with veggies, and for the money it's a fantastic deal, and the staff is always friendly and fast.

The two gentlemen working during the day on 10/24/24 had excellent customer service skills, and of course my sandwich was absolutely delicious!

I was surprised by their new remodeling, wow, everything was going very well until I wanted to place my order, but here's the detail: there were two people at the counter and none of them showed interest in serving me and my wife until one of them asked, they are two young people with no experience and no motivation to be in front of the counter of this food chain lack of professionalism to serve, I think that these young people on this day are just spending their 8 hours. I got a bad impression and poor preparation of their product.

Went in to a sandwich for my friend since we had just got pedi's. We got a whole steak and cheese and a half tuna with of all things honey mustard! He was going to drive Uber and take the sandwiches so he wouldn't have to stop later.
Well he changed his mind and called to say he feels like driving and was coming over. When he got there he warmed up the steak n cheese..I got a bite...it was steak n cheese.
Then I got a bite of the tuna...OMG, if you like tuna it was wonderful and the yucky honey mustard was Devine. It was a whole different experience I could've eaten his whole half but he was watching me enjoy it and throwing side eye vibes so I reluctantly handed him his sandwich. When I say I've been craving that flavor again it's an understatement. The veggies look so fresh and watched them make a salad bowl with lettuce, tomatoes, spinach, purple onions, banana peppers and some kind of chicken. It looked like something from a fancy restaurant not a sandwich shop, I told the guy ordering and telling what to add that it looked delish...he smiled and said it does doesn't it. So next time I'm craving meat and fresh veggies I'm going to subway...and I have a feeling it's going to be very soon😀

Got to subway 6 minutes before they closed had the OPEN sign on but when I tried to go in doors were locked. Employees inside just ignored me. I know it's a bad move going this close to closing time since I've worked on restaurant business before but my wife asked to bring her a sandwich. At least turn the OPEN sign off if you're going to lock the doors

the guys here are awesome even when it is slammed they are really nice. Ordering online doesn't make your order quicker, they actually might forget it because of how busy the store is.

This store was bad the employees were nice but but there was only 2 people the other one was taking long and didn’t charge us and the other one was doing customers orders while I was waiting to get charged by the other person

They ignore the phone when answers they place you on hold and then hang up very un professional costumer service is poor very rude
The vegetables are rarely fresh, its a little expensive and some of the employees are not very friendly.

Didn’t even get a sandwich because the guy who was making a sandwich (with no customer in front of him) acted like he was too busy to even acknowledge me there. Not to mention how slow he was making the sandwich. 0/10
