Although I don't frequent this location very often, when I do it's most excellent 👍 I especially like how I get treated/greeted by the employees, like today for example, I placed an online order and before I headed out on my bike to pick it up, an employee called me to inform me that they were out of what I had ordered, so after talking about it w/them, we agreed on a substitute samich. Now that's what I call customer service, literally!
The Subway was good service but the seven eleven that it was in was so dirty no lids for the fountain drinks for the few drinks availible the hot food that we wanted to get was so nasty so my son got subway instead the only happy camper

The staff member who prepared my order did not follow the instructions I provided. I had asked for mayonnaise on the bread before the meat was added, but it wasn’t done that way. Additionally, my sandwich was heated when I hadn’t requested it. The end result was that my sandwich wasn’t made as I wanted.
