I placed a mobile order and once I got home, some of my items were missing. It took several weeks for me to reach a manager due to the phone having technical issues. I returned to the Location and was greeted by the Manager. She apologized and offered to make the situation better by replacing my missing items. She was very professional and kind.

I don’t know how that lady has a job! How can an establish be this unprofessional, have mediocre food and stay in business! She’s lucky she did not speak to me like that!
