I placed a mobile order and once I got home, some of my items were missing. It took several weeks for me to reach a manager due to the phone having technical issues. I returned to the Location and was greeted by the Manager. She apologized and offered to make the situation better by replacing my missing items. She was very professional and kind.
The worker named (L)Latise has the best customer service that I have seen in years. I worked at Nordstrom‘s for many years, so I know customer service when I tell you she does her job very very well. I think they have a super star. Keep up the good work.
Great service today from Dominique who kept admirably cool headed despite working alone during a busy period. I think the manager of this store should seriously rethink their workforce strategy.
