Surprised that the sanitation department has not closed this location down. There were flies everywhere; in the counter, all over the chips, on the cutting instruments and board, even on the cash register. This place needs some serious cleaning before someone gets food poisoning. What's the use of gloves if nothing else is desinfected. Nasty, nasty.... NASTY!!!

I walked in at 9:32 today and location says open until 10 and they were cleaning to shut down. I’m not sure if you all shut down at 9:30 but overall 5 thumbs down.

The 4 younger people on shift today (5/15/2025 6pm) are absolutely terrible. Clueless, helpless, rude, and disrespectful team. A simple mistake made on the register by one of the associates, denied any issue or fault and proceeded to have each of the other kids, whom stood around looking clueless as if they had no idea where they were, walk over and show the same disrespectful disregard. It honestly became not about the money at all but more about the disrespect and disregard I was given. Through all of it there was no resolution to me having to pay EXTRA for things labeled very specifically at a low price. Not to mention I did NOT receive the drink I paid for. Crazy how awful the service industry is.

Kids… they have no respect or customer service. I could make that sandwich myself and I’m paying for it. Show some class. They act like they don’t want to be there every single time I order a sandwich. This is a hot spot. I’m speaking up because I’m tired of this.

Trash customer service. The sandwich artist doesn't even talk to you. They'll sell you a cup without telling you the fountain drink dispensers are out of order. All the restrooms are out of order too.

Walked up to counter and staff was sitting on the floor. "We don't have no bread". There's a sign that says "flatbread only". This store needs help

First off, y'all need to hire more people, there is never enough people here and the business is very busy. I will never stop at this subway again, and usually I deal with the wait. But the girl in there today?! Yeah nah she had the nastiest attitude. She walked out the back, didn't wash her hands, didn't greet her line of customers and put her gloves on and just stood there. I asked her if she was ready, and she slammed her hand on the counter and said, “I’m ready whenever you are.” ?? Ma’am I was trying to get a fly infested sandwich because you left the lid open but I don’t even want that anymore. Please just stay at home if you’re having a bad day, I was hungry and just trying to eat without all the attitude.

Says they close at 10:00pm online but girl at the counter tells me they close in 1 minute. The time was 6:09pm!! FLIES EVERYWHERE!! ✌️

Beyond upset now. I placed an order earlier today, and there was nobody at the counter when I arrived, and there was a line of people. When the young lady finally popped up from wherever she was, I asked about my online order. She told me she hadn't made it and that I would have to wait since everyone else in line took priority besides my online order i placed at this point 40 minutes ago. When it was finally my turn to have my order started on not only was there only roast beet and steak as your choice of protein, but the toaster didn't work, and there were numerous flies flying around. Positive, that is a health code violation. when I asked for a refund. I was told she only started a week ago and didn't know how to cancel orders. I have been calling since 4 pm and at this point it is now 9:30 pm. Where the hell is the manager or owner of the franchise because I want my money back for food I never received, and sad that tomorrow is memorial day but I can wait until Tuesday to call the health department on this store. Don't eat here, understaffed, untrained employees, health code violations, and horrible customer service.
