Yeah. Save your time please. They took 10 mins to finish my order. Yes finished. Snail speed. No actually a snail is faster. Staff is friendly they just don’t care. They had a whole convo mid making my sandwich like girl lets go. Mind you I ordered online 30minutes ago. Update they forgot the guacamole spread on my sandwich.

Google maps says they close at 10pm and their sign at the location say 10pm… yet they were closed before 9:24pm
Visiting from out of town and went out of my way in an uber to make it here in time for them to be closed
Placed an order for delivery. An entire hour later the order got cancelled. Their app said to contact the store for more information but no one answered the phone.

Why would y’all say something to an LGBTQ person that is wrong? Y’all should be ashamed of y’all self like why would y’all do that to our LGBTQ family that is so pathetic that we y’all have to do that like get a grip When Go into a restaurant we always get body shamed They hit us like what the hell it’s not right for y’all to soft us or human too, but y’all don’t see it. Y’all see it as LGBTQ is going to hell for it. That’s what y’all gonna say. No, we are not backing down and if you don’t like it, don’t say nothing at all don’t hit us just walk away
Employee refuses to answer questions and was very rude and homophobic and used plenty of vulgar language

I had the worst experience at this subway yesterday( 5/7/25 around 4 pm ) .I came here after my medical appointment feeling tired and dizzy to eat something and feel ok . But the African American guy with who was working at the food preparation counter did not even greet me but stared at me as if I was an alone disturbing his peace . He looked so rowdy and high also unorganized it made me really uncomfortable and I still did not leave but waited . Luckily the other lady who worked there helped me with a good attitude .
Managers should look in to this type of people before being hired. I myself is of a different race so I do not know if it’s a racial thing or something else .

Bad treatment by all the workers, discrimination for not speaking English, a great lack of respect, my husband, my baby and I were there and the experience was horrible

They said they were closed at 9:40 when it's supposed to be 10. Seems like alot of people had this problem and no one will do anything about it. Fire the employees and hire people who will do their jobs until their shift is over. It's actually ridiculous. I was trying to get something decently healthy on my work break ended up wasting 10 of the 30 min of my break and never ended up getting food. All thanks to lazy employees
