Food and person helping us was great, but prices were crazy high. I looked up other Subway’s in the area after we left, and it was the most expensive out of almost all of them. The only Subway that I could find that had the same prices was the freaking airport location (Austin-Bergstrom International Airport for non-locals). This location was at least $2-3 more on each individual sandwich. We will be sure to look ahead from now on and avoid this extra expensive location in the future.

Tried to order sub through app AND website but every single option says “unavailable at this location” so it’s impossible to take advantage of their BOGO deal here. Walked there anyway and asked for the sub I wanted and miraculously they have all the ingredients. Disappointed.—Update:Visited a week later and the app finally allowed for my order to go through. Was able to use the BOGO coupon. Ordered through the app and everything was ready for pick up as soon as I got there, skipped a line of 5 people. Good service.

The guy we ordered with was nice, it was around 8pm when we ordered and we weren’t expecting everything to be put out 10 minutes before we arrived but it definitely wasn’t fresh. We got 6inch subs and could barely finish half since the proteins tasted almost as if they had turned.

terrible service. i was waiting to order for 5 minutes until someone finally noticed they had customers, asked for two sauces on the side. woman only gave me what seems to be the last squirt of the bottle. Never coming back, get better employees!

The person working there right this minute is extremely rude. I had to walk out in the middle of trying to order my food because of how rude she was. I’ve been in customer service for over 22 years and if any of my employees ever said “WHAT?” To a customer because they “couldn’t hear” while on the phone with their headphone in their ear I would have sent them home and a write up would be waiting when they returned. I know people have bad days but you NEVER bring that to your customers! I run a hotel and know that getting bad surveys sucks so I really hate to give them but she was so bad I had to just walk out and let my husband finish ordering. I was having trouble holding my tongue.

The employee was very rude. I didn't have an issue even when I waited for 15 min today for lunch, but the attitude just threw me off. I asked for a cup of water, and the employee said she didn't have a water cup and said I would have to pay if I need to take a cup. She even raised her tone when I asked her again, which was very disrespectful. I will never visit this place nor recommend it to my friends. I have never seen this attitude in my ten years of Austin life. Extremely disappointed.

Wow... used to love Subway. $25 for a footlong and a 6 inch. Both terrible. Felt sorry for the staff (1 person) and left a 15% tip anyway
