Subway was the best place I’ve ever been in I loved it so much until it when out of business R.I.P old Subway! Thank you so much for selling us good sandwiches!

This Subway is located in a convince store in a strip mall. That makes it easily accessed. It was a great choice for a quick and very good sandwich.

The usual experience elsewhere. But there's always a problem, they do the salad wrong, shutting down over plumbing, etc

This subway has really improved in quality. I’ve noticed that the staff and management seem to have changed and/or improved. Their veggies and meats all look way fresher the last few months and they did a couple of years ago. The young lady that helped us today did a great job keeping her cool despite being the only person working and having the place full of people when we came in for Saturday lunch. She made beautiful sandwiches and was courteous and efficient while getting a lot of work done. Great job! We were impressed.

The subway at 620 Four points WOW... talk about a big disappointment... so I stop at subway faithfully everyday on Jester and 2222 because I know they take pride in everything being fresh... so since this subway is right next door to HEB four points and so sorry I didn't go to my usual subway... so my purpose in every day visits to the Jester subway is because of the macadamia nut cookies made fresh every morning and even in the evening the cookies are still fresh... So I go to four points and just to look at the over supply of cookies in the case I should've not wasted my money... get home and almost broke my tooth on 2 or 3 day old cookies ... so I will Never return because if you treat the cookies like that what else are you selling that's old... Thanks but no thanks and I'd like a refund

Hire more staff, train them to multi-task.

My experience today was not great. It started off with them trying to serve me burnt bread and giving me attitude when I asked for a piece that wasn't burnt. They replied that they were all like that. I headed to the soda machine to get my drink and it was covered in mold. Not only was the ice dispenser full of mold but also underneath each soda dispenser as well. Nothing looked clean at all and they were very rude. Definitely won't be going back.

The old manager Jason/Jaysen (don't know how they spelled it) was amazing, I don't know what happened to him. He'd welcome me and make sure I had a wonderful day as he would create a great sandwich and conversate with me. Wish I knew what happened to him.

I order from this location a few times a month and every time I go, they are out of atleast 2 items/veggies. Crazy considering they are right next to an HEB. I also went there yesterday and the toaster oven was down. ?The workers are friendly though.

The look on the kids face when I asked for my sandwich toasted should have turned me away instantly. He opened the toaster and smoke comes out so thick that by the time it hit my face I already made my mind up, I’m walking out. When I got back in to my car, before I could tell my passengers what happened, they were already asking me why I smelt burnt.

My one star review goes to the management staff and owners of this franchise. Your hours are not updated (closed Saturday and Sunday) on Favor and/or other delivery apps. You don’t have salad bowls (the plastic part that goes with the top), out of guacamole (HEB is right next door) and you are unavailable to your staff via the phone for requests of these types during business hours. You have no business running a business. Btw, YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT, you are just ignorant. I feel sorry for them.

I came in with my crew on lunch. It was very busy not staffed very well but I’m giving 5 stars because the two ladies working were very fast and sufficient. Not only did they make the best sandwiches, they were very friendly! You can tell they really cared about the customers. The American chese looked a little soggy and the girl making my sandwich instead of putting it on my sand which she ran and got fresh cheese. Most people in the restraunt industry these days wouldn’t of cared that much. I was very pleased. I would recommend this place if your looking for a really fresh sandwich!!

No happy! I ordered ahead so I could swing by, pick it up, and go on about my business. The eta for my sandwiches to be completed was 12:45pm. I arrived at this location at 12:55pm expecting to pick my meal up and be on my way. I mean, they've had 10 more minutes to complete the order. So, as I arrive I walked up to the register (where the online order pickup sign is) and waited while the gentleman behind the counter continued to help the customer that was in here when I arrived. About 2 minutes later another employee surfaced and asks how to help me. I tell her I'm here to pick up my order and she immediately scrambles looking for my order to find out, it's not ready. At this point I sit down and wait my turn. As I sit at one of the booths another customer arrives and instead of continuing to work on my sandwiches (that are at this point 15 minutes past the time they were supposed to be ready), the woman employee helps them until checkout. Making me wait EVEN longer... I finally got my meal a minute ago (1:05pm), 20 MINUTES LATE! I would be A LOT more understanding if I hadn't placed the order at 12:20pm and they had been busy when I arrived! Also, no acknowledgement from either employee about ANY of this! Shameful! Hopefully they got the order correct but if not, I will definitely be updating this review.

We were heading out of town and were hungry for something quick that we could eat in the car. After passing by several options with drive-throughs we stopped at this Subway. There were 2 groups ahead of us and two people working the counter. A third person walked past me with an internet order that was messed up so they had to start over. After taking care of re-making the 2-sub internet order, one of the two staffers headed to the back and never returned. The other staffer moved very slowing taking care of the other two orders. (total 4 subs) 15-20 minutes later he was still finishing the last 2 subs and disappeared in the back looking for an ingredient and did not return. After several minutes waiting for his return, I finally gave up. Subway is named after the New York Subway system. I can tell you that their food prep was far far away from being done in a New York minute! The restaurant was clean and welcoming although there was an extra display case that was empty sitting next to the usual sub ingredient setup area. Other than the painfully slow service it seemed like a nice place. We found better service down the road - still love Subway as a chain, but this outlet left some to be desired.

Doesn't matter the day, at lunchtime the efficiency is lacking. Theres eithernot enough staff, staff standing around, and overall moving at a lack of urgency (nomatter the length of the line). To boot, the food is frozen and looks inedible. See picture I only come here if I'm seriously desperate for lunch. W a massive office complex nearby you'd think they'd do something to build a clientele
