Atmosphere and service can be sacrificed when the food is excellent, or even just good. You get it all at Suerte though: energetic, sympathetic service and a tasteful dining area. But moving right along, the star at suerte is the food. We ordered a bit of everything and also tried a couple of their cocktails. I'm pleased to report that there isn't a bad thing on the menu. From the tortilla chip appetizers to the tres leches cake, nothing disappointing. Looking forward to the next time. A special thank you to the maitre'd who accommodated our larger-than-most group. In short, you will have a tremendously satisfying meal at Suerte.

I’d give this restaurant 4.5 stars. It’s always super loud when we visit. The menu is amazing but it’s very hard for people that aren’t as cultured in the foodie department as some of us. We brought our family from out of town and they had a hard time finding something that they felt comfortable ordering. When we finally decided on a dish they would try, the kitchen was out. Also when we brought our 9 yo in the didn’t have any kid friendly options for him either.

5 swings and 4 total home runs (plus a double). The sadura tacos and sweet papas in particular were straight up mind blowing. Service was great but not at all stuffy.

We wanted to grab a margarita at the bar and they wouldn't let us sit there even though more than half the seats were open

Went for dinner. Everything we had was delicious including the drinks. Jake was our server and was great. Would definitely recommend!

Our waiter was extremely dismissive and not very helpful. The ceviche was great, but the sweet potatoes, the quesadilla, wagyu, and barbacoa were over salted, and absolutely boring. The drinks were very tasty and well crafted but top shelf priced and you'll need a few to relax. Over all I was disappointed and won't go back. Much much much better options from Fonda San Miguel to , well, even Matt's el racho frankly has way better tasting food ( by a lot ). They have better service and you leave happier. This place was ALL hype. Just don't go. We spent about 400 on 3 people with a tip for my y birthday dinner. It was overall a very unpleasant experience considering the hype and cost.

I am not sure what you need from my end, I arrived on Feb 12 at 8 pm at suerte. I had to wait for 30 mins for a seat at the bar. But that's understandable it was peak time.

The food I ordered was veg. Quesadila and a tres leches. The quesidila was extremely salty but edible and the tres leches was the recommendation from the bar tender and it was extremely sweet and not at all like tres leches

Over all it was an unpleasant experience. Definitely would not recommend anyone or ever come again.

I don't know what you expect from this feedback in an email.

The food was great, and our server, Jules, was amazing. We went with his suggestions on food and wine and it could not have been better.

Amazing appetizers and overall atmosphere. Our Waitress was so sweet and food came out quick. Will definitely return!

Fun restaurant with great food, drinks, and service! Inside was very noisy, although porch seating was quieter - though a big chilly. There's a reason this place is iconic. Yum.

Suerte absolutely delivered on every level and made our anniversary celebration feel extra special. When we arrived, there was a bit of an issue due to us being late to our reservation. But, the hospitality stood out - the manager was incredibly attentive and checked in thoughtfully, and our waiter was genuinely friendly and knowledgeable. Every dish was jam-packed with flavor, the kind that makes you pause after the first bite. You can tell a lot of care goes into the food here. It was definitely worth the wait, and once you're seated, the entire experience flows seamlessly. The drinks were just as impressive - well-balanced, creative, and the perfect complement to the meal. Anniversary meals come with high expectations, but our meal and overall experience did not disappoint. If you're looking for a spot that feels both celebratory and memorable, this is it. Easy 5 stars. We can't wait to come back

If you’re visiting Austin like I was, Suerte has to be on your list for dinner reservations! The Nitro Carajillo is probably one of my favorites I’ve had and every dish we had was absolutely phenomenal. Our server, Johnny, was so kind, welcoming, and his recommendations were impeccable!

This is the second time I’ve been here and they exceeded my expectations yet again! I had a group of 4 and was told it would be a 2 hour wait (which we were happy to do) and they sat us within 30 mins. Johnny was amazing and was extremely
knowledgeable on the menu. If you have a choice,
request him! The food was fantastic and extremely well priced. I can’t wait to come back!
