The service here is top notch! I was a first time customer and was offered a sample of a recommended drink I was considering. That was such a pleasant surprise. Plus, the recommendation was great--it was a delicious iced vanilla chai. I also bought an almond croissant, which was very disappointing. Turns out the pastries are from Easy Tiger. I'm not a fan of their products generally, so I'm not surprised this croissant didn't work for me.

Coffee is excellent, but they could benefit from having item descriptions somewhere on their menu. As a first-time customer, I had to ask what several items on the menu were before I was able to conclude that the names indicate how much cream/milk is added. Additionally, what is moon milk? There is no description anywhere that tells you what that is, which leads to further questions. It's confusing for customers, and the questions probably become redundant for the baristas.
