I don’t understand why when I order online for pickup and pay extra for cold foam , they never add it. 99.99% of the time they either sub it for whipped cream, or don’t add it at all. Once I asked about it and they said it was because they needed to make the cold foam. Isn’t that that point of me paying extra for it…? I hate to complain because we like the coffee a lot but I guess I’ll have to start going to a different location that follows order requests. I’m worried one day they won’t give me the oat milk or decaf I ask for, which are actual health concerns.

The best coffee shop is definitely “ Summer Moon “ and I feel like this is the best location! People that works here is always super nice, never seen a negative energy in this store and def deserves 5 starts. Definitely recommend the Moon Shaker, and the best thing about it, they always make you the same taste, not like one day less flavor and the next day is less coffee, definitely NOT like that. I love the consistency!
Nice staff and ambiance, and a convenient location. All of their special coffees have an insane amount of sugar, and I would encourage you to look up the calories in advance before ordering. Nonetheless, the drinks are tasty, conditioned on the calories
I treat myself here with their special blend. The service is always great and the coffee even better!

We were avid and loyal customers before as we felt welcome, bringing our service dogs for their daily and awaited outings. Recently, we have been asked to stop going if we were to bring our service dogs. We understand that companies have the right to refuse customers especially with dogs but service dogs I did not know could be turned away. It was very disappointing how we were asked and would never give them our business again.

Been coming here for many years with my friend and his service dogs. The dogs have never caused a nuisance, and through the years have been treated kindly. However, there was an uncomfortable confrontation with the owner/management today that although after many years of coming and buying, and feeling comfortable, my friend and his service animals are no longer welcome (except for 'maybe' off peak hours). Although this person really tried to pull the management by non-confrontation tool out of the tool box, this was such an uncomfortable 'talking to'. Will not be returning here, unfortunately.

Delicious, warm and inviting! Walking inside, you enter a cozy, and festive coffee shop. With the Christmas tree in the corner and the cute decorations, summer moon is a nice place to spend time in. There is plenty of parking outside, and many tea and coffee options. Summer moon of course has a seasonal coffee menu. I decided to try the toasted chestnut latte and it was sugary and tasted similar to a hazelnut latte. It hit the spot and was a decent price for about ~$6. I would come again to study and grab a nice warm latte.
