Whether you’re grabbing your first caffeine hit of the day or just need a midday pick-me-up, the coffee is smooth, rich, and consistently hitting the sweet spot between bold and balanced so you actually look forward to that first sip instead of just hoping it works. The staff is friendly and upbeat, the space feels welcoming and relaxed without being sleepy, and there’s a sense of “yeah, we know coffee and we’re happy to share it” energy that makes every visit feel easy and fun. Between great drinks, cool atmosphere, and the smell of fresh coffee that hits you like a warm hug, you walk out feeling a little more awake, a lot more content, and definitely plotting your next stop back.

Good coffee but slow service

Went downhill.
Like any restaurant this is no longer consistent.
Either giving you a sugar treat or bland and bitter tasting stuff. I doubt they even use moon milk at times. Not to mention the carboard taste you get from their cups. Its gone downhill

Service is horrendous, sat at the drive through trying to order for five minutes, drove up and two girls just sat there looking at me and talking for abother 2-3 minutes before seeing if j nerfed something just to find out theryre out of what I wanted. Ridiculous.

Neither of my two orders of the Iced Christmas Cookie Latte came with whip cream or sprinkles, only one came iced and the other came hot. Both orders did not specify to remove the whip and sprinkles and there were no special requests to make it hot. Had to confirm I did order a second coffee as they somehow did not recieved my full online order. Do not order the seasonal drinks and expect them to get it right.

We love Summer Moon Coffee! Their coffee is always so fresh! My husband’s go-to is the Moon Glacier with two shots of espresso. This time I ordered the Peppermint Mocha Moon Latte, but I always ask for just a whisp of Summer Moon because I don’t like my drinks too sweet. It was perfectly balanced, cozy, and full of flavor. I was lucky to find a cranberry orange scone, it was amazing!!!!
The atmosphere is inviting no matter which location we visit, and the staff is consistently kind and welcoming. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to stay a little longer just to enjoy the vibe.
Highly recommend to anyone who loves great coffee and great service!

Update: Friendly and cheerful when I called to ask till when they were open.

Great coffee and the moon milk is excellent! They are quick to write your order on the cup and to serve you. They have a special milk called moon milk. My go to drink is called half winter moon (iced latte with half moon milk) brightens my day 😉 thank you everyone!
Ps. Bonus you can find neat origami around or drawings on the moon milk bottles

My go to for my cold brew 🤎

But I don’t like the new supplier for the lemon poppy seed cake slices at all. The old ones were so much better.

Chai latte was awful. Doesn’t taste like chai whatsoever. There’s no flavor except for this weird strong burning syrup.

I’m not from Austin but every time I’m here I go to this place. Perfect combination of coffee, atmosphere, friendly staff and ‘theme’. The theme of the moon and how it plays into the menu is charming and their special milk is a big reason to come here. This coffee spot is unique and a must have whenever you’re in Austin.

Much better coffee than the national chain. Nice atmosphere, too.
