I understand that these days, everyone either gives a review a 1 star or 5 star. However in this case they deserve the 1 star.
ordered from the screen, like I have done at many other restaurants, took my number as sat waiting for my order to be called. watched others do the same, place an order and wait. I noticed the two women behind the counter just chatting it up and having a good ol' time, doing everything but preparing orders. a supervisor came by and I mentioned that I (and others) had placed an order and no one seemed to be preparing them. Evidentally, you are supposed to know that when the order is placed you are to help yourself in the refrigerator next to the cash register, that no one prepares anything for you. He took care of me but didn't fix the system! People continued to order, take their number and sit and wait. I spent the next several minutes eating my sushi (which, by the way, was really bad), telling their customers how it really worked and that they needed to help themselves.

The worse sushi I have ever had .
It was a mush of something put together. It was nauseating. It was a scam! $17.5 total while I could get many better foods at AUS at better price

Terrible in every way. The food was barely edible. They don't even have anyone working - you pay at a screen and it asks you to tip it!

I grabbed the California rolls before my flight, and got separate wasabi and ginger when I asked. It was fine - nothing spectacular, but I was happy enough with it. The service was not great, but the reviews are really harsh on this place. You have to remember it’s an airport, so everything is overpriced everywhere. Bring your own food if you don’t want to deal with the airport prices and unpredictable quality.

Oof. Should have read the reviews. Stale rice. No wasabi available.
My husband and I approached the counter while four people were behind the counter all on their cell phones. Not one single person acknowledged our presence or offered to assist us. Luckily with self check out I was able to get my sushi paid for. I continued to watch three other customers walk in. Two of which walked out and the third one had to ask if he could pay for his food. What kind of service is this?
On top of it, I believe the manager stood back behind the counter, watching it all happened and did nothing. As a customer service trainer, I would’ve written every single one of them up.

The cashier ignored me and then got rude with me when I finally got his attention. I did not eat here, and after reading the reviews, I am glad I didn't. I travel frequently and will avoid this place in the future.
Food wasn’t great, can’t expect much when you’re buying premade rolls that have been in a refrigerated case all day.
Staff stood at the register with my order while I stood at the counter beneath the huge sign that said “pick-up here” and looked confused when I expected them to bring it there.
I wasn’t given wasabi or ginger with my food. I came back to the counter and the cashier gave me one small container of wasabi and one small container of ginger for three rolls. I asked for more and was given two more wasabi, and was denied a request for a fourth (I love wasabi). I attached a photo of the incredibly small amount of wasabi that I assume is supposed to be enough for an 8 piece roll.
Don’t eat here, the sushi was mediocre and the staff is rude. There’s 10 other options in the immediate vicinity.

The texture is worse than grocery store sushi. The rice was hard and mushy at the same time. The combination of flavors was great on paper but $18 roll was not good at all

They should change their name to Sushi NO go go as the cashier unapologetically informed me they were sold out... as if it was no big deal... does anyone remember when customer service used to exist?
It doesn't exist here; I will not forget it.

Sushi was rock hard, place smelled like a zoo, everything was almost expired. Rice was tasteless, cold, and could be used as play dough.

The worst sushi I ever had. Overpriced. The rice is undercooked and mushy. I don’t know how can they be professional on sushi but the rice is messed up and it is the only thing they do. I was super disappointed for the money spent on the quality. The service was very bad and unfriendly. They did not even give me wasabi and ginger with the sushi. I had to ask for it. First time they gave only one wasabi, no ginger. As I bought two boxes, I asked another time. They gave me another wasabi and ginger. I totally don’t recommend this place.

I grabbed a lunch between flights and staff was friendly and rules were already prepared and chilled in a cooler which should’ve been the first warning sign. I ordered a trio which is salmon tuna and Hamachi had plenty of fish inside and the fish was fresh. I also ordered a gogo roll, which is barbecue deal Cream cheese and avocado. This was also fresh. The problem was the rice on both rolls was a cold mushy paste. It was a total turn off and room the experience. it was certainly overpriced for the quality. I highly recommend that any sushi lovers avoid this place.
