The method they were trying to do it took longer for me and boyfriend to get our food it was one start one finish a Assembly line type of thing there was a long line of people and the girl that was starting the food wasn’t communicating on what was on the salads to the other girls I have seen this method at small places like subway and at muller because there are smaller I came last week when it was a Nike event and same it was 3 people this method may work on other shifts but not on shifts or days when there’s a line to the door sweetgreen team please do better

Ordered a harvest bowl and paid extra money for extra toppings on my bowl.
But did NOT get my extra toppings I paid for!
And these bowls are already expensive alone.

Lady at the front counter was not helpful. Customer support is non existent.i used to eat here all of the time but recently started getting my orders messed up continually, needless to say i won't be ordering or coming back here again.

Selection is limited and nothing is exceptional

Staff don’t seem fully trained in what goes into menu items and need to be corrected to accurately construct the salad

I paid for a Shroomani bowl but they did not include the Miso Sesame sauce or the Roasted Almonds. Plus I paid for extra sauce and extra almonds, but got none! Soooooo disappointing. That sauce really brings it together.

I used to love this place but don’t know what happened to them. The food was mediocre and the place smelled bad. The rice was super dry, the salmon was tiny and overcooked.

I used to go to Sweetgreen fairly regularly mind you it was a different location, but I was expecting to get the same level of food at this one. Something must have changed because you can really feel the cost cutting at this one. They were stingy with the proteins and the quality of the components were meh. The broccoli looked like someone ran it through a lawnmower, there are no black beans anymore, the sweet potatoes were cut almost paper thin, the tofu was tiny, tough, and dry. Everything tasted like it was cooked yesterday. Overall very underwhelming for $15. In addition to that the Payment system they use tries to con you into leaving a tip. It gives you a bunch of tip options starting from 5% and up from there, there was no easy apparent way to get past this screen. For these reasons I have no plan to return.

Betty is one the most laziest mangers there and few others I only came in for the fries and obviously the person or people that were in service were clean and gathering things needed she calls way to the back rudely for someone to help me when she clearly was standing there to help this isn’t the first time I saw some bs like this I came on a Tuesday a few months back and all the mangers sitting there eatting and laughing while the girl on service was suffering with the line and not now one helped her at all like I see why everytime I come to n there there new people because management sucks there

Okay, let me keep it real! I only visited Sweetgreen because of influencer Tabitha Brown. She made this spot look like a whole vibe, and I was ready to experience it for myself. 🌱✨ But after traveling all the way downtown, I’ve got to say…it was just okay.

The ingredients were fresh, and the concept is cool, but the flavors didn’t quite live up to the hype. Don’t get me wrong it wasn’t bad, but it also wasn’t the life-changing, soul-soothing experience I was expecting. Lowkey, I could have saved the trip. 😅

If you’re in the area, sure, give it a try but if you’re making a special trip, just manage your expectations. #InfluencedButMeh #SweetgreenExperience

Sweetgreen on Colorado and 2nd is my new lunchtime obsession—like, borderline restraining order levels of obsession. I got the miso salmon bowl and it was so good I blacked out halfway through and woke up licking the bowl like a rescue dog. Fresh, flavorful, and healthy in that “I’m being a responsible adult but still having a flavor party in my mouth” kinda way.

It’s the kind of place that tricks you into thinking you’re making good life choices… even though you’re spending $14 on salad and contemplating a second round. I wanna go back every single day, but I’m afraid I’ll ruin the magic. Like watching too much “Ted Lasso”—you love it, but you gotta pace yourself.

This isn’t just lunch. It’s leafy, umami-packed self-care in a compostable bowl. 5/5 kale leaves.

The food was just okay, nothing special. What really ruined the experience was the terrible customer service, especially from Betty. From the very beginning, Betty was aggressive and rude when helping us. She didn’t let me add anything extra to my meal, didn’t pay attention to the changes I wanted to make to my bowl, and when I asked about the new fries they are promoting, she flat out refused to make them without any explanation. Betty’s attitude was by far the worst part of the entire visit.
Thankfully, the rest of the staff was pretty friendly, but Betty’s awful service was enough to overshadow everything else. Very disappointing.

On Monday I came in and Jazlynn was super helpful, she wasn’t stingy at all with the food portions, she was super sweet and welcoming and the food was very good and the steak was tender and seasoned. Will be coming back again
