Never in my life have I seen a screw up like this.
They made me a Miso Salmon Bowl and forgot the salmon.

This is the saddest portion size for a $5 snack. I’ve had this so many times at other locations, a total waste of money.
Great place super healthy, organic ingredients, use olive oil or avocado oil, you can get a protein bowl beyond just salads, grass fed, locally sourced. And it’s even tasty!!!!

I do DoorDash and I went to pick up a order and I asked a girl who works there if she had it and she asked another guy and he found it in the trash and the manager came out and told him to just put it in another bag and give it to me
I ordered food on uber eats and they let someone take it so when my driver got there to pick it up they told him we dont him someone else picked it up and my driver said well that wasnt for them. They gave him attitude and said well dont have to make another order and we wont make another one. Even if thats the case why be rude and disrespectful to someone just doing their job and not make another order when it was their fault they didnt confirm it was the right person. Never taking my business here again.

Gabri was SO NICE! She derserves a shoutout.
I always love the food besides the steak (usually too chewy). I always feel like I ate healthy. Expensive but worth it for good ingredients

After waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes I cancelled my order through DoorDash. They may have great food but I'll probably never try it as they don't have a clue about how to serve food in a commercial setting or run a business.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. I had a great experience. Service staff was friendly and patient with my food selection process. The hummus salad I had was super good. They have a nice outdoor seating area which I used. It’s SoCo so I had to park on the street a few blocks away.

Service was great. They were kind enough to stay open for us to finish our order but the food was rough. They messed up a lot of the order, missed the rice in the rice bowl kind of thing. Missed a lot of key ingredients. Could have been an end of the day sort of thing. We'd give it another try!

I normally hear nothing but good things when it comes to sweetgreen, especially with this being one of its most prominent location here in Austin, Texas located within walking distance of the top tier university UT. However, after today interactions with your Manger here on duty this morning, it has just brought some concerns to my attention such as the lack of customer service in addition to the negligence to place importance on the paying customer needs before the manager demands and wants. Today, August 20th, 2024 at around 11-1130AM multiple customers and I, witnessed a DoorDasher come in to pick up a delivery and the manager initially calm, soon became impatient with the young lady, once the Dasher did not display the order information in a timely manner, the manager here on duty then refused to give the young lady the order, due to the fact that, the dasher told the manager, she, the manager “ doesn’t know how to work the app and she should learn, how to work it” the manager then proceeded to tell the young lady she is no longer allowed to pick up the order. The dasher calmly asked the manager, what updated information she should give DoorDash about the order, the manager here on duty this morning tells the young lady, she “does not work for DoorDash tell them whatever you want “ I was honestly amazed that now, a customer will have to wait even longer, or may not even receive their order, on behalf of the manager demands and wants. I am here now, in regards to fully apprehend why the manager here on duty is refusing communication from DoorDash when they attempted to reach out to her by phone on multiple occasions then she failed to provide proper reasoning as to why she is refusing to release an order that is ready for delivery. I feel as though, The lines may have become blurred on the value of customer service for the manager here on duty this morning, I also have a feeling she may agree with me, because she also refused to give her name . . .

The caramelized steak was disappointing and came in small chunks. They gave me too much quinoa and not enough veggies. The broccoli was bland and was not spicy.

The incel with the beard was extremely rude to us because we were late to pickup our order, even though it clearly was not made. Asked for a refund and was denied. We’ve been waiting for over 20 mins and no one is even making the salads. I think his name was Kevin. Saw him laughing after my sister walked away.
UPDATE:
They made the salads in the back and they only had chicken and lettuce and dressing. Both salads were made this way, even though there were other parts of each order. Didn’t think it could get worse!
