The *best* part about paying $18 for a salad is standing in an empty restaurant while watching them prepare six mobile orders for people who aren’t there.

Healthy and quick meal options . glad I have access to 2 locations very close to my place. They are seed oil free for the most part Ingredients listed on website. They only have sunflower and sesame oil - not great but way better than seed oil Hummus and crispy rice has canola

My wife and I ordered dinner from this location using DoorDash. Within 30 minutes of eating our crispy rice bowls, we both got sick and were up through the night with food poisoning.

I love coming here and I come here twice a week if not more BUT if you get an online or pickup order check it! I placed an online order and they gave me less than half of a container of dressing for a big salad and it's got like four pieces of chicken in it...this has happened to me previously with an order of hummus they literally charged me and gave me less than an ounce of hummus. when you go inside like 8 tables all of them are two tops except for one and the employees/management are usually all sitting down taking up most of the table space and there's normally only one employee behind the counter that is making the orders I'll probably start going to a new location Their customer service text line did refund me and was very helpful

We went to eat there and there was no one, it was me and my partner there they acted as if they had a hard time working lien they didn’t want to work I didn't want onion the name was some pickle onion I thought they were pickles and onion so I couldn't see and they looked at us at both and they didn't say anything to what they could say or not that's what it's called oh for this or the other and just stay quiet and look at each other and you couldn't hear the person who was taking my order and when we were going to pay there was something on the screen but we didn't understand where I had to press and she left and from there she came back and we just stayed there are still and when we paid they didn't say thank you or have a good night anything the food was little good the chicken was bad it had a lot alor of pepper ,we pay 45 almost 50 dollars and it wasn’t worth it

Ordered a chicken avocado ranch around 9:45pm. The chicken and all the warm ingredients (mushrooms) were already pulled from the warmers and sitting on top of the counter since they were closing soon. I asked if it was still okay to order and they said it was fine. I got food poisoning from this meal. Up all night, horrible morning. Either bad lettuce or the chicken / mushrooms were sitting out too long. Love the place but lately the meat and rotten avocados is becoming concerning plus the wild rice is never cooked, it's literally rock hard. Why can't the rice be actually cooked? What a shame. Lesson is not to order when you see ingredients already pulled from the warming stations or they need better hygiene. Floor is always being mopped or wet have to tip toe around the place and not wipe out. Far too many problems home cooked meal is probably a safer bet than this place. Staff are friendly but my stomach is not.

This location has improved after leaving feedback and amazing customer service by Sweetgreen. I come here ~5x/week and had consistent issues with small portion sizes and a recent food quality/safety issue that left a quite literal sour taste. With that being said, the customer service from the Sweetgreen corporate team has been amazing, and I'm very pleased with the outcome. I can already see that improvements have been made.Keep up the good work :) I'll be back tomorrow

I come here almost daily and love the healthy options. I also noticed that they have improved recently. I still get a few mess-ups here and there but overall it's much better. The staff is smiling and friendly.
