I had the pleasure of meeting Betty, a Sweetgreen employee, today. I can confidently say that she is the kindest, most engaging, and caring Sweetgreen employee I’ve ever encountered. She diligently performs her job with a smile on her face. Betty truly made my day better, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves!

We came to Sweetgreen at 2234 Guadalupe St, Austin, TX 78705 after visiting the Co-Op, and had a great experience. Roshanda Dukes helped us out since it was our first time coming in, and she was super patient while explaining the menu and different options. It made the ordering process easy and enjoyable. The food was fresh, flavorful, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The restaurant itself was clean and had a nice, welcoming vibe. Overall, great service and great food — we’ll definitely be coming back again.

I walked in here at 3 PM the other day for an autumn harvest bowl — no customers in line — and the white lady in the bandana gave me the most passive aggressive attitude ever. She gave me horrible portions, kept asking me to repeat what I said, almost forgot my bread, and acted like I was a huge inconvenience to her unprovoked. This place is usually good but portions and service heavily depends on the person when it shouldn’t be. Won’t be coming back here again

Good food, good selection. The atmosphere is spare and spacious. The service was friendly. This loaction does follow the dusturbing trend of asking for a tip for counter service, but at least it wasn't difficult to opt out of, and the minimum was set to 5% - much more reasonable than some other places. Difficult area to park in, but if you are already on the UT campus, it is convenient. Would visit again.
