Very mid. They up charge for extra items but the portions are so tiny. Need of better business principles.

I have ordered from Sweet Green twice now where I have found something in my food. The first time was a human hair and the second time was a dead GRASSHOPPER at the bottom of my bowl. Both incidents, I was unable to reach the restaurant via phone, and had to chat with a bot online, with virtually no resolution. I highly advise against eating here.

The vibes were really cool and great music as well! Staff was not very friendly but it might be because they had just opened. The food was good but almost everything is served cold.

well prepared; staff is very attentive and quick; place is well kept; could be a bit of a wait during peak lunch hour but worth it. my go-to sweetgreen

If you order online expect to wait 15 - 20 minutes past when they say it will be ready. I’ve come here 10 or so times and they’ve been on time maybe once.
Food is alright. Not always very fresh

Very cool place. I’m very picky and they offered to change my food if I didn’t like it.

Had a fantastic experience, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Eric! When I tried to order the steak and crispy potatoes, he actually wouldn’t let me—because they weren’t as fresh as they should be. Instead, he had the kitchen make me *new* steaks and potatoes, and wow—what a difference! Everything was absolutely delicious, and it’s so refreshing to see someone who genuinely cares about quality. That level of integrity speaks volumes about the restaurant’s standards, and it’s management to foster a team that takes pride in what they do. Couldn’t be happier with the service and the meal—will definitely be back!

Walked in to get a salad, was charged a different price than the prior day but the exact same salad. I asked for medium on the dressing and instead the person drowned it in dressing. I took a few bites, but it was inedible. I walked back with the salad to ask for a refund. The cashier outright refused to refund me so now I have to refute through my bank. Ridiculously bad service. Avoid this location.

Horrible food. Worst salad I had ! The mixed nuts had shells in it!

I’m visiting Austin on a business trip and had never been to Sweetgreen before—but I’m so glad I stopped in! It came highly recommended, and it absolutely lived up to the hype.

I ordered the first item on the menu (a chicken salad) without any customizations, and it was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Simple, clean, and downright delicious.

What really elevated the experience, though, was the customer service. Paulina was outstanding—warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. She greeted me with a smile, kept things moving efficiently, and maintained her positive energy even when the line got longer. She truly made the visit memorable.

Five stars, no question. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

I ordered a steakhouse salad with extra chicken and when I got it there was no steak and no chicken at all.

It seems like a common enough issue, since someone 3 weeks ago said it happened to them 3 times, where they forgot to include the protein on the order

I have placed a to go order 4 different times here & THREE of the times they’ve forgotten the protein & one of those times all I got was lettuce & dressing.

The worst part is that they don’t even credit you back the full price for your meal. They just credit a portion back - like I’m going to eat a bunch of lettuce & dressing for dinner when I was supposed to have a full meal.

The whole point of getting to go is to not have to get groceries, not have to spend time after a busy day trying to get a meal. Instead I paid $18 to get a salad & it almost never comes out correctly.

I keep giving this place a try because I love it when it’s right & it’s so easy but yall are making it SO SO SO hard to want to come back ever again.

If healthy food is this good then sign me up!! I had the Harvest Bowl and my wife had the Hot Honey Chicken Protein Plate. Both of these bowls were delicious and filling too! The sauces were well matched to the bowls. We loved the Hot Honey Mustard Sauce and the balsamic vinaigrette (on the Harvest Bowl). The shredded kale with balsamic vinaigrette was umbelievably good.
We will definitely be back.
TIP: Try the Ripple Fries with Pickle Ketchup. Not as healthy, but super tasty for a gluten and dairy free snack! The ketchup is seasoned generously with dill to give it a distinct pickle taste - so gooood.
