Ordered food for delivery. Whoever worked in the Kitchen is a complete idiot. I order a fish taco bowl. Guess what I didn’t get, FISH the main ingredient. What a waste of money! And you can’t even talk to anyone at the restaurant with number provided.

Closing at 4 PM DOWNTOWN on a saturday makes NO sense. Why be open until 9 on weekdays and not weekends? Complete waste of time to pay for parking and walk there.

Was in town for a short time, ate here twice. Healthy, fast and delicious. I'd also say middle of the road maybe a bit less for cost considering what you get. My party enjoyed their salads, each time we tried something different, which did not disappoint. Fresh! Customer service was friendly. Wish we had one near us.

Can't understand a business where you enter and no one is standing at the counter. Even when they saw us waiting to order, no one cared. We waited 7 minutes in an empty restaurant for someone to come to us!Unbelievable.

Ordered a salmon bowl just to not have salmon and avocado- the two most expensive ingredients?! The staff could give me roasted chicken instead. Thank god I checked my pick up order before walking away. My advice for pick up orders is to always go to the location on South Congress since they hardly run out of things. Sucks that my office is closer to this one.

Mobile pickup was an utter disaster. Don’t come here if you’re expecting a quick pickup. Staff stood around with impressive apathy as 5 of us were waiting on our to go orders. I was seemingly mocked by an employee who pretended to not know or understand the name Brian. Turns out my order was just sitting there behind the counter as the staff was too lazy to place it on the pickup rack so my meal was cold by the time I got home. Food is solid just like other Sweetgreens but the service was abysmal.

I work nearby and decided to give this spot a try. Let's start with the obvious, if you go around lunch time, expect a decent wait time as this place gets packed and the line moves slowly. I recall perhaps two people working behind the counter with one managing the register. I ordered the Harvest Bowl and it was delicious. The portion is generous for one bowl (more like 2 servings in my opinion). Decent menu with a variety of items and reasonable prices considering the location.

I've ordered exclusively from the app and I've had multiple issues with the portions or actual inclusions of protein. Today I ordered a custom bowl with chicken and there was no chicken...how does that happen? The last time I ordered the amount of chicken was about half what you expect. It's just absurd and frustrating that I can't trust that my order will be correct. I know mistakes happen but this is twice in a week and I've had these same issues before and for the exact reason I stopped coming here for a while. Despite trying to eat healthier and enjoying the food (when it's made correctly) I'm inclined to stop coming here. There's other options that are reliable.

The Food Is great, the system they have is so backwards. They’ll have 3 people making Togo orders while a pile of people trying to order dine-in builds up. They’ll literally have 5 people staffed and only one person tending to the line that builds up.
