I was late here by the video of the employee, denying a homeless person inside and she just wanted a cup of water. Thank God for the man who came and paid for her meal and still the manager didn’t allow her and disgusting. You guys could never get my money.
Sweetgreen food is good, but the folks who work here are really rude and they’re always out of something be it tofu, goat cheese, or one of the main vegetables. 0/10.

They made my to go order of a Cobb salad without the eggs and blue cheese. So frustrated. I am also annoyed. Might be time to switch to Hinest Mary’s

I came here on my lunch break to have something organic, healthy and affordable. I waited about 5 minutes to be greeted, was hurried through the lines, end up paying over $30 for a protein bowl and a kombucha only to get to the spot where I wanted to picnic with my dog and the sauce to my plate was missing. I walked back to the restaurant and the woman who gave me my sauce rolled her eyes and acted completely out off by me asking for the sauce that’s supposed to come with the order. Food was mediocre at best and the service was awful. Really not what I was expecting.

Ordered a salad and was told that the Green Goddess dressing was seed oil free; however, the ingredient list online states mayo as an ingredient (although mayo has several ingredients) which is made with sunflower oil. I avoid seed oils due to them being ultra processed and think it’s a bit misleading that this company states that they’ve switched to using olive oil and avocado oil for their food but still use sunflower oil in almost all dressings.

This location is often out of ingredients and the staff seems miserable. They don’t tell you they’re out of ingredients. They just try to get you to swap in broccoli stems instead of avocado. It is bad.
I’m honestly such a huge fan of sweetgreen, but their staff is starting to irritate me.
I’m not gonna lie, I walked in and stood in line for easily 5-7 minutes and saw at least five staff members walking around doing nothing. They all saw me, I did make eye contact with everyone there, but literally nobody would walk up to me to say hi and see if I was ready to order which I was because I always order the same thing. I don’t know if it’s just this location, but just waiting there awkwardly for someone to take my order makes me not want to come back again.
I don’t know what’s going on, but there was zero customer service.
Their salads are always bomb, so there’s nothing but compliments food wise. But for a $14-$16 bowl/salad I was honestly waiting for at least a smile and quicker service, because there was plenty of staff on the floor. My experience could’ve been better

There employee don’t allow homeless to eat inside.
Generally the worst quality sweet green in Austin when we go. Pictured is the tofu we got in our bowl which tasted like bricks and was basically inedible. If you have gotten/seen the tofu you’d know this is abysmal quality.
