Bad service and the waiting time is exaggerated. They haven't delivered my food yet. Disappointing!

Notoriously slow. Messed up my pickup order also. Had 4 employees and they’re laughing and joking around while 5-6 people are waiting for their orders.

I kid you not. I waited over 20 minutes. And it wasn't even busy. Turns out they completely forgot about my order. They saw me standing there and they said what I had and I showed them my ticket and then they started making it. They tried to give me a free drink. And they ended up giving me something that I didn't want. It's always slow and there's never a cashier just there to take your order.
Oh and one time they forgot to put a burrito that I ordered so I lost like $6. Sometimes I forget to check

I'm not one to put people in a bad light because it happens once or twice but this time the truth is I'm very upset because a 50 dollar purchase gave me the chalupas that were hard and all cold I couldn't eat it because this is very unpleasant if one He asks them to please make it fresh if they ask for it and what they do is ignore you as if you were asking them for free food.

I got their bean and rice burritos and it was nothing to write home about. The rice was VERY bland and completely unflavored, but, at least the burritos were cooked all the way through. I am disappointed with my experience and I will not be back there again, if I can help it.
Vegetarian options: Their bean burritos and their rice are vegetarian, but, I believe that is all.

Service was less than stellar. The food was less than stellar. I will not return to this Taco Bell
Locked restrooms and service can be slow
It's right on the intersection of 35 and 183
Technically easy access
A typical Taco Bell but not the best service

Rude, incompetent manager. The rest of the staff were lovely and working hard. However, the manager on shift on the night of 10/13/24 should absolutely not have that job.
It’s a slow restaurant compared to the other fast food restaurants around it and it’s very clear why.

The absolute worst taco we’ve ever been to! They cannot handle one simple order and said it would take to long to make a drive thru order

Asked for extra food onions on bean burritos, order was repeated back correctly, but they were rung up as no onions on the receipt. Ended up with the exact opposite of what I asked for.

This isn't your average "bad Taco Bell" experience it's a whole new level of disappointment. This particular location is in a fierce competition for the "Worst Taco Bell in America" award, and I think they're winning. The portion sizes are crazy small. I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme and got an empty tortilla with a sprinkle of sadness. How hard is it to make a basic Cheesy Gordita Crunch without turning it into a soggy mess? Every single item tasted like it was thrown together by someone who's never even seen a Taco Bell menu, let alone eaten there. They don't care if you get sick because they resent you for making them work. Avoid this stink hole at all costs unless you enjoy the taste of vomit in your mouth.

Not open.
It's Taco Bell fam!!!
Went through the drive through here and received a completely messed up order on 7/31. Unfortunately I live 20 minutes away so driving back was not an option.
The order consisted of the Grilled Cheese Burrito Deluxe Cravings Box, a solo grilled cheese burrito, a solo chicken quesadilla, and the new cheesy chalupa. I'm going to now list the issues with this order.
Both grilled cheese burritos did not have the grilled cheese.
The quesadilla was half full and barely cut.
The cantina chicken taco included in the box was made with beef.
The chalupa was not a chalupa shell, but the pita style bread that is used in cheesy gordita crunch.
Requested that the raw onion be removed from the new cheesy chalupa item, it was not.
