Went in 11/19 around 12:40 and there was some issues but the staff did a good job maintaining order and getting everyone out….super nice in the front never had better service than them at any fast food place

Went in to get something quick and as soon as we arrived we got in line which there was none we were the first to order and one of the workers says to go order on the computer device and I asked Her “even if I’m paying in cash?” And she straight up walked away and ignored me. So we continued to place our order and then proceeded to hit paying with cash. We sat down to wait for our order, and then about 20min go by and someone who walked in after us got their order before us so we went to go ask about it and she proceeds to say “oh you have to let us know”WHEN SHE TOLD US TO GO ORDER THRU THE COMPUTER SCREEN ON OUR OWN. So ridiculous you think people just walk in order and wait for food to be called out and JUST SIT THERE. No common courtesy didn’t even ask why we’re just sitting there if she had no order on her behalf. The stupidest customer service ever received at a Taco Bell. Wasted30min for nothing! Might as well just do drive thru y’all and the GAG at the end when we said something was her saying “so you don’t want to keep your order” as we are walking out the door LMAOOOO dumbest worker ever.

This place is so trash they literally tried to charge me $1.08 for an ice water!!! Do not come to this Taco Bell. They will also get your order wrong and try to get an attitude when you bring it there attention.

Spent $55 dollars on order that was not right, manager took over to fix my food and mess it up more, also handle my food twice with out washing his hands after touching dirty money, then took everything out box $7-$9 and put it in brown bag my chips were everywhere, missing cinnamon sticks, wrong hot sauce ask for hot got mild!!!

I like that this place has free wifi. Not too mention good food and the AC is usually on inside.
