This location was 5 stars about a year ago, recently the speed, accuracy, and quality has fallen off a cliff. I’m a Taco Bell loyalist, and usually go once a week. Sad to see this location go in the wrong direction. Constantly waiting for my order even when there’s only 1 or 2 other customers, always missing at least one item and not having any modifications honored such as removing sour cream, and last time my burritos weren’t even wrapped, just a mess when I opened them....

Most locations are understaffed, which in turn creates more mistakes of people's orders. But if you happened to get your order correct then the food hits, no matter what you order.
