I should’ve taken a picture and I did not because I was very surprised on what the hell they gave me thankfully, I went back into the line and they replaced it, but please check your bags before you leave the drive-through because you’ll end up getting nothing Just a hard shell taco with nothing in it but crumbs when it should’ve been a taco Loco supreme.

Xavier is the man! He was super polite with our order with such skill. Taco Bell isn't known for spectacular service, but this dude rose to the occasion apparently. We ordered the number 9 and everything came out fresh and tidy in the bag. Sometimes we have a problem with other Taco Bell locations being forgetful or unkept but have never had a bad experience going to this one. Glad we have an awesome taco bell in four points.

Service is alright, but this is the second time now I've purchased food and paid extra for special sauce and there's little to no sauce. Only been to this location a few times so I hope this isn't a repeat habit, not tryna eat dry food.

I had a great experience with Xavier tonight! He took my order at the drive through with great efficiency and kindness, and was very polite at the window. This is the first time in a long time, someone on the speaker didn’t sound so in a rush to get home. My entire order was correct as well as complicated but Xavier got me in and out of there within just a few minutes. 5 star!

Insane, i get off a 10 hour shift, Taco bell is the only thing open by my house. I get in line at 1:40am, nothing from the speaker, i say hello hello hello, wait 8 minutes until 1:48am. someone finally comes on the speaker and says “we’re closed” That’s it. i say “seriously” i’ve been waiting 10, minutes. Nothing no response. I’m pissed man i just wanted 2 freaking burritos

We were told we could order 2 orders not 3 and we saw two different orders on the screen but they somehow messed it up and got mad at us. The guy working was super nice but the lady or manager was laughing at us and said “what did you just say”. We ended up going through 6 times just to get 2 orders. The manager/lady working at 12pm September 13 2025 deserves to be fired. Worst experience ever.
