I waited 20 minutes for sub par food and the attitude of the employes need to change. This is my second time coming in at this time with the same 2 employees and it has been horrible both times. It’s never been this bad until these new employees came in. Half of my taco is spilled into the bag. Very poor. Also, after requesting sauce and napkins BOTH TIMES there is none in the bag. They were too busy talking to themselves and other things.
Just got my wisdom teeth out haven’t ate real food all week finally could eat a soft taco ordered supreme and paid for supreme and got stuffed with just meat cheese and lettuce 😒😠
This location is a JOKE! Staff wasn't helpful at all. We waited 5 minutes in line before a customer told us we had to place our order on a machine. Then once placed, everyone else that came in after us got their food before us. When asked if they received our order, we were ignored. After asking for a third time, they finally started to make our food. When we got our order it was missing food. I went to the front to tell them and one of the employees put his hand out in front of me as to tell me to stop and wait. So I did. Another five minutes before going up again saying I was still waiting for my Mexican pizza. Then another employee printed out my receipt and said you only bought 1 and walked away. I stood there till I got her attention again to prove that I had indeed bought two Mexican pizzas. She said sorry and then finally made it. Who is running this store. It's a complete disaster!!!
I would love to review the food but my bag had a nacho cheese cup and no other food items out of 4 ordered items. I got the cheese and a bag full of sauce which I didn't even need. Oh, and they kindly gave me napkins for my cheese and hot sauce dinner. Pathetic. The owner of this place should be in jail for fraud.

These employees need more training. They are not polite and they got our order wrong. They seemed annoyed when we asked for the missing item.
This is the 2nd time of me actually really getting annoyed with this place - as I do not go here often maybe 3 times I have ever bought food at a Taco Bell and it was a disaster the last 2 times - The last time it was so bad I actually called cooperate- this time it was even more horrible - I ordered went to the window the girl at the window was so uncooperative and mean that I had to ask if she was okay - she did not speak her face was annoyed and angry - she gave me the bag with what I assumed was the cheesy bean and rice burrito and the cheesy double beef burrito ( when I got home it was 2 cheesy bean burrito) getting back to the matter at hand - when she handed me the bag it actually fell to the ground- I did not even put my hand out all the way yet to get my order - when it fell she just closed the window on me - I stood in my car and waited to see what she will do - she did opened the window and I asked her if she had placed the sauces that I ordered in the bag - there was none in the bag she grabbed a handful and actually tossed it at me throwing some on the floor - I drove away annoyed and irritated as this was no customer service - how on earth does this Taco Bell get so many bad horrible reviews and they do nothing about it - the staff is incompetent- and there is no customer service what so ever - train these workers it’s horrible and no one wants to be treated this way - we spend our money at your place the right thing to do is give what we ordered - give pleasant hot food- and most of all customer service. This was my 2nd attempted giving them another chance but there is no way I would ever go back to this place!!! ..and I will continue to pass the word around - DO NOT go to this Taco Bell!!!!!
Consistant incompetence. Missing items. Incorrect drink. You'd think basic literacy would be a requirement for employment, guess not.
Truly pathetic. The single easiest job on this planet, and they fail at that. Whoever is working in the 6pm hour should be unemployed.

I recently bought a Mexican pizza and two tostadas, but unfortunately, they tasted rotten. I can’t get the awful taste out of my mouth. Please make sure to check food expiration dates more carefully. I’m really worried I might get food poisoning because I almost finished one of the tostadas; I was really hungry and didn’t have time to go back since my lunch break was over. I made several calls, but no one answered the phone. and yes they hardly put any lettuce or meat on the food.
The dining room is always freezing cold.

Taco special #1 just didn't have any substantial filling in the taco. Bean burrito beans were very dry. Love the senior discount.
