On the night of 12/1/25 around the time of 2400 one of the male employees on the drive thru microphone had the audacity to make a comment when ordering saying “oh my god” when asking 2 questions about the menu, which was utterly rude and disrespectful. We instantly left as we felt a bother to them and they lost our business from now on.

the app put a hold on my card then errored without placing the order twice so I had no money left for lunch and the hold is still there so I don't get dinner tonight either. fix the app release my funds and give me free food to make up for it because today sucked because of you and I am going to bed hungry because of you great job sarcasm make it right not kidding. tried to contact support but I cannot without a order number how can I have an order number when you took my money without placing an order so instead or support contacted you earned a review. bad job taco bell shame on you

I am a big fan of Taco Bell. However, I avoid this one. The orders are sometimes incorrect and the food is often subpar (barely filled or dry bean burritos). My last visit, my taco and burrito both tasted like battery acid and made my mouth burn. I ended up having food poisoning after. I don’t recommend this location at all.
