At least half a dozen times I've ordered from Uber Eats and the food is usually fine (one time they gave me the wrong item, but the item they gave me was better, so I didn't complain), but no matter what type of Mt Dew you order, they're giving you Baja Blast.
I'm so sick of Baja Blast, but I've given up hope on them ever getting it right.

Rude drive-thru worker just stuck his hand out the window and handed me the wrong order. Extremely disappointed that I have 4 disgusting burritos that I didn't order and now have to throw them out. Only went there because Taco Cabana was already closed.
Update: My stomach must make me stupid. Decided I wanted garbage food. Ordered a Baja Blast freeze. Get to window and he just hands me the regular soda and says the machine is broken. He seemed like he was high. Why didn't he tell me when I ordered? I feel like the employees here get 0 training on customer service or they just hate their job.
Also live 5 minutes away and my food is stone cold.

They're very good at providing good customer service and being friendly even in stressful busy times. They accommodate service animals and are very sweet. They take meticulous care to make sure most orders if not all orders come as ordered. They've been kind to the homeless and don't discriminate against customers. Phenomenal Taco Bell and especially the staff.
Awful service food is always cold, things are always forgotten never lived near a taco bell that's this bad. It's taco bell so the bar is already low but this is embarrassing

The only thing was that the golden tacos were not to our liking as Mexicans, but the flour tacos, the chalupas and the burritos were very tasty. The soda fountain does not taste like ice and tap water like other establishments.
