I can't believe what I experienced at Taco Bell! I ordered some food from here and found a broken large metal ring in my bean burrito! I had already ate a few bites into the burrito and found it in the middle. And guess what? The metal even had rust on it! This is beyond careless—it's disturbing! How can a company show such disregard for customer safety? Having metal, with rust on it no less, in something I ate is completely unacceptable. Taco Bell needs to seriously step up their game when it comes to food quality and safety. This experience has left me absolutely furious and disgusted.

Do not go if you were in a hurry. Last time I was there it took over 30 minutes to get a single lux box. Before that it was over 25 minutes for just three tacos.

Rarely one to complain, but the state of the food was absolutely terrible and I believe that is why I wasn’t offered a receipt. I ordered the $9 luxe box with a side order of fries and a cheesy roll up. The drink, a mango brisk tasted like they filled 75% water and the rest was the concentrate. The fries were cold, and the chalupa was so hard I had to empty out the contents and eat it without the shell. The crusts of the cheesy roll up was hard and the Fritos burrito was far from crisp with mostly cheese and rice; barely any meat. While I understand that everything cannot be 100% fresh all of the time, in an economy like this one, it should be a courtesy to give people food worth paying for and eating. Stop overcooking and giving your customers stale food.
