I live around the corner and only come here occasionally but everytime it’s weird. The girl today at the drive thru window didn’t speak words to me and then I had two completely frozen tacos as If they’d been taken right out of the freezer and maybe the outside edge of the wrapper touched something warm in passing. I would have rather gotten something else. Customer service and basic social skills are lacking. Idk do better?

When it comes to service and atmosphere it would be zero stars. There were three Hispanic ladies. I asked for assistance to two of them but they ignore me. Until I asked the third one in Spanish if she can help me (unwillingly but she did) After I order my meal I asked the lady if I can use a restroom and she lie in my face saying that somebody was in it. I waited, no one came out. She noticed that I was waiting so she asked me do you need to use a restroom and I said yes. so she unlock the door. No one was in it. Second of all they have the music kind of loud and it was very vulgar and an appropriate for business. I'm glad my son was not with me.
Horrible rude GM working the window at Taco Bell couldn't even get the order right. And I should post the video of how rude screaming over and over is the order roght on the big screen. For the 10th time. Yea. Lmao. Yuck.

This Taco Bell is always amazing, I've been to pretty much every location in South Austin, and this one is my favorite. They are always quick and the burritos are well wrapped. Some customers here are unfortunately rude to the staff but they do a great job handing it all.

Made an order through the Taco Bell app to be delivered from this location and ended up waiting 3 hours for my food that never arrived, just to find out that, after driving to the location myself, someone had taken my order for themselves. Manager on duty at the time said he was not authorized to remake my order unless it were to show up on their system again? Lost my money, never got my food, Taco Bell customer service took 4 days to get back to me. Horrible service for subpar food. Don't waste your money or your time.

I go here for a “snack” with my kids after school a lot. The staff is always so nice!

I went in the drive-through and asked for 8hot and 8 mild, when I received the meal I noticed only 8 packs and when I asked for 8 more the gentleman in the Blue shirt at the window grabbed 2 hand full of sauce and shoved them in my face. I felt embarrassed and disrespected just for asking for more sauce. I accepted the large amount of sauce and said thank you to avoid conflict. I normally eat inside and don’t have this problem. That day I was in a rush, I don’t believe I will be going to this Taco Bell anymore inside or through the drive-through. I hope corrections are made so no one else goes through the same experience..

Manger truck parked in handicap spot he said that was his spot. It’s underneath the shade so his truck won’t get hot. Another employee have their parked at the other handicap spot couldn’t park in a handicap spot because your employees and your manager are unconsidered of their guest that need handicap spots. Did the manager act like he didn’t even wanna wait on us when we mentioned it so we just left this Taco Bell does not have no customer service. No respect for anybody Worst experience I’ve ever had

Don’t ever order order doritos locos tacos or any taco that has a crunchy shell. I got the three doritos locos tacos and everyone of them the shell fell apart as soon as I picked it up. Luckily the supervisor made a new one that wasn’t broken and let me keep the other one
