It was two younger African American adults, they clearly did not care about their job.
Ordered 2 bean,rice and cheese burritos, Smallest burritos I’ve ever received, one of them didn’t even have rice.

I don’t have much complaints, this is run of the mill fast food (it’s taco bell the bar isn’t high) BUT for gods sake the amount of times sauce has been forgotten is a testament to dissatisfaction. Add it on the app, go through the drive thru, leave in the notes multiple times “plz, just plz don’t forget sauce”. It’s. 90% miss rate, i’m convinced I need to go inside and meet Sauce God himself to get a droplet. All this to say, they literally never provide the sauce that is asked for.

This taco bell location needs better employees who are much older and more mature. My quesadilla was cold and I can tell it has been sitting out for at least an hour. Also, my burritos were filled with too much rice and not enough beef. Not to mention I was missing a few items on my lunch tray and the strawberry freeze was too small...I didn't even get an option to order a medium or large cup size which was rather odd.

I miss the days when people took pride in their work. While I was waiting to place my order, the woman at the register just pointed to the kiosk. I entered my order there and watched her move at a snail's pace as she collected four orders, mine included. To make matters worse, she started speaking negatively in Spanish, unaware that I could understand her words. If you dislike your job that much, it's time to find something else – no one is making you stay.

Extremely rude workers. the cleaning captain (don't know his name but just for detail I'll say he was cross-eyed) was banging on the door while I was in the restroom. I was in there for less than 10 minutes doing what I needed to do, and this man (an employee mind you) was telling me off when I got out that I took too long. Then I spoke to the manager and he was defending him, saying that I could've been doing drugs??? I don't even know what to think about this interaction, but definitely avoid this taco bell, the workers are crazy. I was going to get an Agua Fresca but I didn't because the man seemed like he'd be the type to spit in my drink. Don't give them your money it's not worth it.

Stopped by less than an hour ago and my order was wrong 🙃 I asked for a #1 (3 Supreme tacos) and got regular crunchy ones. The tacos were stuck to the wrapper 🫠 so they broke apart before I got to eat them. So that's annoying. Order #290 7:24pm.
